As name suggest i m going to make rom as lite as possible which will include only some of the basic required applications.eg Internet Explorer,file exp.
Download For New Gene:

I think you should get more free RAM and more free space, may be you missed out something in the SYS folder, which should be removed in the lite ROM?

Last time i make a lite rom for my use , using sumit kitchen for build 23016 i got 72 MB free memory and 28 MB free ram but i remove like below
1- Internet explorer from sumit kitchen and put the one from BesFen Kitchen .
2- Titanium (6Folders)
3- All Extra packages that sumit provide
4- You can remove all what u will not use

hey zinzar can u please post the list of all the folders u deleted in SYS & EXT please coz i tried the same around 7-8times i m not able2 figure out where m i goin wrong because when i flash the ROM which i cooked it works well and superfast but i dont know wads the problem wid messages m not able2 open a new received message and create a new SMS..

EXT folder it is depend on u what u want to use and what no .

m gettin 23mb RAM & 62mbstorage now afetr the modifications

if you like and not use email, you can remove Internet explorer, if you like you can remove NET 2, bluetooth icon, Adobe reader, advance network, streaming media, sktsync, GDFinder, LockstreamDRM, if you like you can remove everything

And that will give you 128 MB of free space . to load anything

one more question guys..i just build a ROM according to my requirements using krazy's kitchen so wen i falshed it in Device information its stil showing Sumits Name no offence buddy, Sumit m anyway thankful to U man..so my question is how can i have my own name in tehr in device information

go to OEM\OEMVERION folder and edit the provxml file.

did it man did the same i just figured it out as soon as i clicked Post but den now after deleting some packages from EXT and adding the Old audio booster which i converted from CAB to OEM neitehr the Audio Booster is coming/visible in start menu nor in the windows folder and not even Device Info icon is visible in Start/Settings/ donno wad can be the problem..

BesFen : Please tell me how to remove internet explorer from the rom , u told me before and after i did it rom not booting
I use the program that u put it in ur rom it is very good
For email ,no need for me to use it through GENE

hey guyz m very confused now i built a ROM wid storage 65mb but the RAM i get is 22mb??i really want to increase the RAM..
