I'm starting to build wm6.5 ROMs. Just like to know if anyone is interrested by french roms...I try to keep the rom as near as possible from the base ROM. Just adding very few htc stuff and small tools (google maps, youtube, facebook, ... this kind of "everyone use" tools)
It's starting to be stable builds so if anyone is interrested I will post it here.

Je commence a faire des ROMs wm6.5. Je souhaiterai savoir si y'a des gens interressés par des roms francaise...J'essaye de rester le plus proche possible des rom de base. J'ajoute juste quelques trucs HTC et quelques outils (google maps, youtube, facebook, ... ce genre d'outils que "tout le monde utilise")

Ok, I will post this by the end of the day (french time). I need to do more tests on this.
Just remember it is based on latest builds so have some issues! Of course I will try to post the more stable release I use myself!

Non, si tu veux le garder en français, je te conseille de garder la version 5 (la dernière 3.6.251 est vraiment stable je trouve...)
Il existe des traductions pour les 6.1 mais il n'y a jamais TOUT qui est traduit... perso, je suis revenu à la 5.0

J'aurais bien aimé trouver une version française de cette rom.
J'ai testé la ROM de Qtek (anglais et français), et la rom ci-dessus est nettement meilleure. (Plus rapide, plus belle, plus tout). Donc même si elle est anglais, je préfère celle là à n'importe quelle autre vieille rom sous WM5 en français.

I wish I could have found a french version of this rom.
I've tested the lastest Qtek Rom (English & French), and the rom above is really better. So even if it's in english, I do prefer this one than an old WM5 in french.

Ce n'était pas une ROM française, mais une traduction (un certain nombre de fichiers à remplacer, qui venaient du HTC Vox il me semble).... mais comme je l'ai dit, beaucoup de choses restaient en anglais...

Quand on aura les MUI adaptés. On en est encore aux RC de WM6.5 donc un peu de patience.

il y a cette rom en francais mais je ne sais pas si elle fonctionne avec le clavier à 16 touches..s'elle ne fonctionne pas t'a a telecharger le cab de l'ezimput pur le 16 keys.

It seems 16 keys version doesn't work fine, and BJK's CABs don't solve the problem (as far as I've heard from other french users...).
I'm working too on a fully working french 16 keys ROM, but since I can't test it (I've got a 20 keys), I must wait for my beta tester report...
lapy, what did you use for your 16 keys keyboard package ? Is it a converted BJK CAB ?

i had same problems with the italian rom i have (iolita 2.4) ...i solved deleting in registry all the key TEGIC [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Tegic] and installing normal BJK cab
for cooking is simple, just remove ALL keyboard packages and put BJK keypad and BJK language packs only. This will surely work, but only for 16 keys. Enjoy

J'ai extrait la ROM originale avant de flasher mais je ne sais pas comment la remettre en .nbh et personne ne me dis comment faire.

J'ai chercher sur google, apparement il faut decompiler la rom avec une kitchen pour avoir des fichiers oem, et apres tu recompile le tout en .nbh...mais je suis encore plus une kiche que toi dans ce domaine....arf tout sa par ce que la rom ne vibre pas quand je recois un sms !!!! lol monde cruel ^^.

I also tried to recompile the rom, using ervius kitchen.
In fact, there is a function there that is made especially for this, rebuilding a rom with the dumps (raws2nbh).
But when i tried, i got a nbh file that would flash, but not work. It crashed on the very first screen (smart mobility, even before the red text appears).
Some other guys made a stock rom on the planete-htc forum, but i had issues with it (very low storage left).
For the notification issue, i have not received a sms yet, but are you sure in the Démarrer/Paramètre/Sons et notifications, in the Notification tab, Vibrer is on for 'Messagerie: Nouv SMS?

Car tout ce que j'ai trouvé d'autre ralentit considérablement l'appareil, je ne sais pas pourquoi, il n'y avait pas ce probleme avec le cruise I que j'ai toujours et flashé avec la ROM Amine Final
Hélas peut de "cooker" se sont interessés au IOLITE (y compris HTC)

I made this rom to downgrade my iolite after successful tryout of WM65 ROM provided by billabongstaff, here.
ROM version displayed on splash boot screen : 1.11.43.766. I don't know if it's because I flash the official RUU_Iolite_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.11.707.1 ROM first.
Before my building attempt , I tried the RUU_Iolite_HTC_1.09.406.4_FRA ROM posted here, but this ROM does not rebuild correctly partitions size and I was stuck with 110Mb device storage instead of ~340Mb.

Suite a l'installation de la ta Rom, le téléphone ne sort plus du mode veille, ou carrément ne s'allume plus une fois éteint.
Je suis obligé a chaque fois d'enlever et de remettre la batterie pour que ca reparte.
As-tu rencontré le meme probléme ?
Saurais tu ou je peux trouver une autre rom dite "d'origine" pour tester si ca me le fait aussi ?

Perso, ça fonctionne correctement, le seul Hic c'est la perte de TOM-TOM et un Copilot inutilisable (mon HTC était vendu avec TOMTOM benelux)

J'ai installé la Rom dont JulBee parle dans son message initial : RUU_Iolite_HTC_1.09.406.4_FRA.
Il est vrai que l'espace de stockage est de 110 mo, mais je n'ai plus de problème de blocage de téléphone en standby ou en le rallumant.
Pourrait-ce que certain Iolite (dont le mien) supportent mal la rom de JulBee (probléme de radio peut etre ?)
A noter que j'ai installé sans probléme la 6.5 de billabongstaff, je l'ai simplement trouvé trop "lente" pour le povre processeur du Iolite.

Idem, mais la rom ici presente fonctionne a merveille......c'est celle d'origine logique ^^.
As tu bien fais un Hard reset, puis flash de la rom, installation de la rom, arriver a la page d acceuille, soft reset ?
ET QUAND ON FLASH C EST SANS CARTE MEMOIRE NI SIM....

This ROM is the stock ROM of my legal and certified HTC iolite device.
Before building and flashing this ROM, I have flashed my iolite device with the RUU_Iolite_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.11.707.1_Radio_Sign_12. 4 1.30.16_0.41.30.12_Ship (see first post) (used as Baserom later in kitchen)
Both works great on my device and are based on the same radio/protocol version. May be, you can try to flash them both using the same sequence.
Have you tried hard reset ?

Sorry but this rom freeze with my phone.
After few reboot the screen freeze.
The memory allocation is very good and I hope to use this rom if anybody have a solution.
Or if anyone have a original rom with orginal memory allocation...
