I'm wondering because the body glove case has some extra room it might take this battery without the extended back.

Maybe the 2300 is thinner than the 2600 Sedio?
I doubt it will work.. I have that back cover along with the fully extended one.. while on the top its as small as the oem, the rest of it is still as big as the extended one..
I want to use the Body Glove back if at all possible. I really don't want to go thicker than that.

Does anybody know of a decent case for those of us using extended batteries on our devices?
I have a 2400mah Cameron Sino battery which unfortunately renders my silicon cut-away case pretty useless.
Case for use with extended battery
From the pictures at their website, looks like this case will work with the use of an extended battery. The back of the phone faces outward and you can see the full outline of the battery cover.

that looks nice, but I still worry about the whole clip and such falling off. I've dropped my Axim so many times that without the magnesium case...
Case for use with extended battery
That would be impossible because the clip does not detach from the holster, it's permanetly attached The only way the phone could fall is if you drp it after you pull it from the holster.

Those type of holsters do fall off with the device attached especially if you don't wear a belt.
I was thinking of getting the boxwave aluminum case, and maybe the extended life battery.. but.. there's no way the phone will fit in there with the extended battery in it. Does anyone know of a case which would fit the extended life battery?
Definitely do not get the aluminum case. The door opens very easily and your device will fall out. Fortunately it happened to me on soft carpet, I would have been much more upset in the parking lot or down the jetway between the plane and the jetway!!
Hey does anyone know if we have an extended silicone case yet?? I want to get either the 4000 mah battery or the 3500 mah battery but I need a silicone case for it.
Give it just a little time I bet Trident Case will come out with their Electra Case which is case and battery included for like 70 total...
I'm interested in this too. I have the HTC OEM silicone case and love it, but it won't fit on an extended battery (if I get the extended battery)
I hope they do. I had to cut a rectangle bigger then the battery for my 3500 on the og EVO. It was ugly but worked
Are there any extended batteries available for the AT&T version yet?
The Hyperion 5000 mah battery on Amazon looks awesome, but the back cover doesn't fit the US version
Maybe u can tweak the back cover.
What moved? Is there a thread where they show the difference in rear cover between the AT&T version and the international version?
Is the battery that bulky or what? I just don't see the purpose of their bulky back cover. Seidio is coming out with their own extended battery, a little pricey but I would prefer it.

whats the biggest extended battery so far that can fit in the standard back?
Don't think there's any extended batteries that fit the OEM cover.
I took an x-acto knife and carefully modified the tabs from the amazon hyperion battery, took me 20 mins and it fits fine.
That said, it has a good feel in the hands, but it makes the phone pretty ugly.
Neo Spigen hybrid case is probably the best case for the extended battery. The added extra (barely noticebale) weight and thickness makes the phone better to hold in my opionion. It remeinds me of the 2013 motox where when you hold on it, it feels nice on your palm.
Did you notice that the phone with the extended battery even without the spigen case feels a lot comfortable to hold with that extra weight?

Yes even without case it feels much better in the hands. With regular battery its too light like a paper, and I feel like I will drop it anytime.
I think its because the extra thickness gives you more traction, on sits perfctly on your palm. Unlike where the original one, your hand/ finger placment is only on the metal side which is really slippery.
I have same configuration for about 3 months now work perfect
So are the battery stats with extended battery for 4.4 or lollipop?

I have the ringke fusin as well.. It fits but you will lose the front lip of the case. So be careful when you drop front face first lol.. But hey alpha has gorilla glass 4 so its all good.
other cases
Have you tried any other case apart from ringke and spigen? if so let us know.
