I have been using S2V to make the pictures not look all grainy on my contacts. When I upgrade my ROM every so often it obviously erases my contacts. I synced my contacts with my Gmail account, but when I reimport them form Gmail they go back to bad quality. I am tired of going through all 3 of my friends and changing their picture with S2V, any suggestions?

I linked almost all of my contacts with their respective Facebook accounts, which means that their profile pictures and birthdays will be stored on my phone. When I sms say Contact A, his picture from Facebook comes up correctly on the left of his name.
However when Contact A calls me the Facebook picture of say Contact H comes up instead. Even contacts without any linked profiles or any pictures turn up with arbitrary contact pictures instead. I find this predicament highly annoying. Prior to linking Facebook accounts, none of my contacts had profile pictures in my phone.
Can anyone help me out here please?
So I've noticed anyone who I've manually assigned a picture to, in my phone has the same picture assigned to them in my Gmail contacts. Now there are a lot of contacts in my phone that I have a photo for assigned by Facebook, is there anyway to assign all those pictures to the contacts in Gmail without doing it manually?
Recently I purchased device with ICS on board. Immediatley I started to setting up my exchange account with contacts that's the place where's the problem starts. All my contacts have high quality photo thumbnail attach to all my contacts.
Before I have used Android Gingerbread to sync with ms exchange and photos attached to contact displayed as high quality ones now with ICS all my contacts have pixelated pictures is that result of any know bug of ICS ?
All,
I use an exchange server at work. Connecting to it and syncing my contacts has been a no brainer so far. However, one of the things that I've been doing lately is taking pictures of all my contacts with the Note's camera. Once I do that, I edit the contact on the Note and then set the contact's picture. This all works fine.
However, I expected that the image would be uploaded and stored on the exchange server so that when I log in with Outlook, the contact's image would be there on my desktop as well. That is not happening.
Am I missing something? Or does the Contacts application not have the ability to sync the photo back to the Exchange Server?
TIA!!
Hi
I am having issues with my contact images that are synced through Facebook, Twitter, Linked in etc. When I use the contact i sometimes notice that the contacts image is blurry and sometimes takes a few seconds to sharpen up. This isn't a major issue as it doesn't happen that often.
However there are some contacts where the image never seems to sharpen and remains blurred no matter how many times I sync Facebook etc or even the Facebook with Xperia accounts that are listed in my list of accounts. Its rather odd. When I go into Facebook and look at the contact, the image is clear but for some reason there are a few that never seem to become visible.
Any thoughts on what I can do to resolve this? Is there better apps out there that I should use for synchronizing contact images from social media?
Thanks
G
