I got the apk. file and I tried installing with appsinstaller, but it force closes, so is there any other way? I can't do adb cus it doesn't work for me! Can I do it threw terminal emulator? or threw the recovery? Someone please answer ASAP!

i just tried it on 4.0.4 and FC as well .. must only work with Donut ... so what ROM are you trying it on?

Im tryin it on JACxHEROSkiv 1.8, but it doesn't work I guess =/
go to market...
search for "eoe appl installer" the free version
install that..
run.. (assume u have the apk in the SD card.)
and u r good to go

Are you talking about the HTC IME cyanogen ported a couple of days back? If so then that was ported from Hero

Yeah its call "rooting". You can try rooting the current ROM (not too sure how to go about doing that) or you can flash a different ROM.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=645253 is a good place to start,... and you can find custom ROMS in the development section (also look at the "stickys" at the top of the development section).

I assume he means an android emulator. If so, you can find one within the Android SDK, downloadable here: http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
Click around the site to figure out how to use it.

you can't flash any roms into the atrix yet.
then how do people put gingerblur into there atrix
It's a theme done by modifying the framework. Not a ROM in the sense of complete flash via clockwork.

there is an automated script that just needs to be run on your PC with USB debugging enabled and USB mode set to "none".

it has some resolution issues means when you press volume up and down keys it looks like on the images

I tried this method, but it kept bricking my phone. Had to flash the chinese ICS again.

Well Found the problem for the error, needed to install Stericsons BusyBox.
But When You Say Press the Volume down button when you see the soft leds light up, Well It is not happening.

what man, nobody tested it before posting ? had wasted my mobile when recovery didnt worked. but if you only want to flash already recovery key combo fix and have cwm installed and is rooted.. i may provide you with cwm flashable fix..

Buddy, Mobile Odin is not supported for our s5282, but u can test it by downloading apk from google.com , if it works then post here

yeah sure... i had tested the first fix post but not working. i think that odin flashable file will be better than the first one. which need to flash as bootloader...
