I recently installed the ap2sd and has moved all the applications to my sd card. The problem is, now how do I access all my downloaded applications since the File Managers has also disappeared from the main program.

I made a boot animation and made the bootanimation file with the two folders and desc file. I zipped the file without compression. I placed it on my phone and root explorer will not let me change the permissions. It says that it is read only. I used 7zip to zip as storage. Help please!

Hello
I'm trying to do something (seemingly) simple. I have flash 11 installed on my rooted Note II. I want to run flashex205.sh (which will hexedit the libflash.so file so I can get hulu). However, I can run it from my sd card because the executable bit can't be set. And for some reason I can't move the file to the root filesystem. I can't find a root capable hex editor either so that I can edit the file myself.
Whats the trick?
Thanks!

Hello! I really need your help!!!!
I have Samsung J5 2015 (j500h)
I always refused to patch the sdcard and vold files at the beginning, but one day I accidentally agreed ... the phone rebooted .. I thought it was okay and decided to install one of the games and transfer it to the sd card, but I got an error. I did everything as in the guide, returned files from backups, renamed them and now it shows "sdcard - damaged" in my memory.
Through the root of the explorer, you can see that the sdcard is mounted in the root directory of the device and this is the internal memory folder and formatting it is scary.
Other SD cards also see the same. In TWRP, the card is mounted and working ...
I decided that I had a broken vold and sdcard .. I downloaded the firmware image from the Internet, unpacked it and found these 2 files there .. their hash amount is the same as mine and nothing has changed when replacing it ..
Maybe some config or something somewhere and can not mount the sd .... what to do ??? I really don’t want to reflash ... I really want to fix it, but I don’t know how
P.S. I found the same issue with this phone from another person and it didn't go away after flashing - https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/foldermount-made-my-sd-card-corrupted.3657671/

Upon doing some research I was under the impression the password.key file would be located in /data/system or even in one of the /data/system/users/<user> folder but the file is not present.
In addition the /data/data/com.android.providers.settings had no folder called databases which would store the settings.db file.
I did find /data/system/locksettings.db so that is a positive.
Any suggestions?

Hi @ThePieMonster,
we have moved your post to the Q&A forum as it didn't qualify for Android Software/Hacking. Prior to your next posting kindly read the sticky on top of every forum.
Note: Questions go in Q&A Forum
Regarding your question,
the synthetic password is stored in /data/system_de/<user>/spblob/<handle>.spblob
settings are stored as XML files in /data/system/users/<user>/settings_*.xml
generally spoken, if you can't find app data in /data/user/<user>/<pkgname> you should always have a look in /data/user_de/<user>/<pkgname> first.
