the numbers you mention in your post is different to the screenshot image.. please explain? Which is it?
The first thing, is its spl and ipl 2.x or 1.x ? And secondly, that means the firmware wasn't been writen and you need to reflash it withany other rom, with bikertibi's tool and i recoment to flash ipl and spl to the latest version and radio too after you rewrite firmware.

I got problem after install PPC 2003 on my q-tek1010. The problem is i can't access my wallaby bootloader. I tried install software with adaptrom from XDA Dev site. It seems work but unitl step 2 computer show error

after soft reset everything become normaly. Now I stack with OZONE software can't do upgrade my q-tek anymore. Please help me to solve this problem.
Last week i went to q-tek1010 helpdesk in jeddah, they can't do anything with my device.....

i bought this for christmas and the dude gave it to me like this. everytime i cut it on it goes to this screen. what is this ? how do i get back to regular stock os ? thanks !

go into bootloader and check weather HSPL3 is installed, (press Volume down button while pressing end call key when the phone is off) If it does have HSPL3, flash another ROM
that looks like winmo with sense and titanium turned off,
as above answer, put hspl on there and flash a diff rom.

I have 2 roms
Can you suggest a ROM file for me or Give me things that I can do to avoid the error?
I have many Sp flashtools version but none worked
I have mt65xxx drivers installed But can you give me an alternative?
Any recommendations are accepted
I really need to restore it badly
Sp flashtool detects it but is always stuck at red line 100%
Now I am trying to download new firmware and hoping.
