is it possible to cook a WM6.5 with all wm6.1 themes,start menu,popup menus,taskbar,and other appearance?i mean it is completly is wm6.1 except windows core...?

dude as crazy told wm7 will run on 1Ghz processor so forget to put wm7 on our 201Mhz gene processor...
