this may be a stupid question but i have the Mega and it has a T-Mobile rom on it,is there any way i can flash europe rom to it without the hardspl???

Without hardspl is not posible. You can try whith USPL.

welcome to the dirty world of flashing roms and making ur device beautiful.as u have just got ur dual,i guess it imust be sim locked.so first unlock it.then have hardspl 1.22 on ur device.how???
just go through the sticky in this forum.u will get both of them on the top of this forum.once done u can go and flash any cooked rom

Bad idea. That HardSPL will not work on your phone.
No ROM exists yet and the HSPL was JUST released. Wait a little bit for the ROM to come out.

I have a Galaxy i5500 phone, which is branded to Vodafone However am using my O2 sim card in it, I want to get rid of the vodafone branding but cannot seem to find a guide on how to do it.
My phone product code is i5500havod.
Am running 2.2 Froyo on it.

it's new and never been rooted but he wants to install arabic language in it. is there any official way to do that, if not what is the alternative?

and u doesnt need root to flash stock arabic rom.

you have an O2 Phone, there is O2 Software installed.
install any custom rom will work, but go back to stock, you need a RUU possible to your software number
and you can not upgrade hboot to 1.35
