Here is a xBox live stats app for Windows Mobile. Its called WM Live and is still in beta.
WM Live runs on Windows Mobile powered devices, and it lets you sync your Xbox Live friends career / status / gaming history on your device so you can look it up while online OR offline. NET Compact Framework (which you might already have installed) is required.

What versions of Windows Mobile are supported?
(Please say WM2003SE)
I know it runs on wm2003, possibly with some graphic glitches. Personally, I've tested it on WM5, 6.1, and 6.5 in both portrait and landscape.
Just smartphones are unsupported at the moment.

Just installed it on my TP2. Works like a charm. I was able to add my Xbox Live account as well as my friends.
Updates are nice and quick, as well as the app.
I like the sliding in and out animation for the Avatars.
I did find a minor bug.
When displaying an Avatar that has been set to maximum height the top of the head is cut off, in both Landscape and Portrait mode.
Here is an example, my avatar vs. my friends avatar:
One suggestion is to add borders to the Game Details popup (unless its borderless intentionally), its a lil hard to tell that something actually popped up with everything being white. Not a real big concern though.
Over all a great app.
Looking forward to seeing this app evolve.

You're right about the popup panel: it's borderless just because it was the quickest way to get it done, but the plan is to spice up the graphics a little bit before v1.0, so I'll definitely keep that in mind.
Quick update, as v0.9.4 is now available for downloading at that same address. As before, any comment / suggestion is more than welcome

If anyone wants to give it a go and provide a sexy icon (original work) it would be appreciated... and credited.
Graphics are tough as I'm not sure I can get transparency to work on older devices (eg for the XBL avatars), but I'll see what i can do.

Just a little application I've been working on to get back into programming, using xml (it uses the rss feed from icanhascheezburger.com), some image processing (scaling mainly) and threading (to make the interface able respond and update while downloading).
This is the first functional release of this program, I think without any (major) bugs. The next releases will focus on cleaning up the code to the point where I can release the source for all to tinker with.
It's built for devices with the .NET Compact Framework 3.5, so if it doesn't work, make sure you have the right version of the compact framework installed.
Features:
- resolution independant, will work on all possible resolutions (even unconventional ones) because the interface is scaled (though there is not much of an interface).
- works on both touchscreen and non-touchscreen devices: swipe left/right to switch images and tap the image to open it with the native viewer (to zoom and/or save it to disk), or do the same with the hardware dpad left/right/enter.
Ofcourse, if you find any bugs, feel free to drop a message inhere.
UPDATES:
Version 1.0.1 now available for download!
Changes:
- New right softkey menu allows for updating the RSS feed and exiting
- Left softkey brings a random lolcat for you to laugh at

I was going to point out a bug where the latest post wasnt showing in the app, but I checked and it seems that it's not in the rss feed so it's all good.

Thanks all for the replies. I doubted if I should post this as I only made it as a test for myself, but now I'm glad I did. In the next few days I'll be cleaning up the code, and per request I'll add a random lolcat-function.
Oh, and StarMonkee: that's exactly what I did, when MouseDown is triggered I record the position, and when MouseUp is triggered I check the difference and if the difference is bigger than 20 (or something like that) I go to the next, if it's smaller than -20 I go to the previous. If it's in between those two the movement is not big enough and it's recognized as a tap. I'm not sure on if the values were 20 and -20, but it's something like that I think

The game includes two different graphics sets so that it will run on low resolution devices and high res devices as well. Also normal and wide screens are supported (so everything from QVGA to WVGA should be possible). The game langauage can be set to English or German.

Looks and plays ok, but you would think that moving a row of blocks would be liquid smooth on a 528MHz processor like my Diamond has.
Lack of optimization in the engine kinda takes away from the experience. Imho.
OK, thanks for the info. I tried the game on 3 devices (XDA Orbit, Diamond 2 and HD2) where it worked fine. So I'll spend the next days trying to improve the performance

I wish After checking your reply here I did set popup blocker off and try again. hmm... So, after entering info and press submit it acts like it will load, but then just goes back to the Triplex homepage I will try again from my device maybe or my other PC later. Let me know if you have another suggestion, maybe something I missed
As mentioned above there should be a popup. So trying a different browser/pc is a good idea. God, I hate web-development

Btw, nice nifty application you build here. It works "ok", the time between touching the buttons and it actually playing the sound is a bit too big, so it's hard to get the sounds in pitch?

Even in my old Qtek S200 the response is very good...
Still try to disable the vibration, goto:
HKLM\Software\LoFFactory\Godaft\Settings and set "VibrationsOn" to "0".

Same here. Also have a HD2 and there's a delay when the music is running and u press the vocals.

you can make this completely resolution aware EASILY. just retrieve the screen dimensions and resize your stuff along it.

Like I stated before I think it's a lot easier to make it work with ANY resolution. Then you never ever have to pity about different device resolutions and of course only need one project to maintain. And this way you could also support landscape mode easily because you already have the resizing implemented.

No need, there are also games on PC that use Xbox live.
Though, i don't get the resolution specification, i mean i can't run it on my tablet with 7 inches (it's 800*480 due to ICS icons) .
20MB for an app with no app2sd feature is bad.

I really wanted to like this app and for the record it works great on my EVO 4G, then I installed it on my tablet and after I open it t puts up an error message saying it wont work well on my device to use my browser. I disagree, they're blocking it. Just let it be, how does it hurt developers to allow tablets? I HATE when developers block tablet and tell you to use your browser. They need to stop being such control freaks and let users enjoy content...UGH...

It's amazing ! Really nice minimalist UI, Metro's like, new (good) Microsoft's graphic direction.
Just one little thing : Does every accessories (hat, shoes, pants, shirts, etc) has been integrated to the application ? Talk about it since my stromtrooper's helmet I had turns into a new haircut in the app. Tried to change it back to "normal" haircut is ok, but my helmet is missing in the DB ... so, as the post's title says : ...
