RC E100 not working on Topaz. - Touch Diamond2, Pure Accessories

Got the HTC RC E100 Remote Control Headset for christmas, I plugged it in and was scared because it didn't work.
Then I saw that I needed to instal the drivers, so I try'd and the setup said: "Drivers already installed on this phone" or something like that.
On my phone I got the error: "getdeviceinfo.exe error" Send Log or Don't send..
Can anyone help me? Searched the whole wide web for this but it seems there is not any solution..

I have already done this, but I try'd again and the same thing happens with the normal CD Drivers.
- I Attach the phone to my datacabel in ActiveSync mode.
- I Run the RC W100 Driver.exe
- Choose language English (I have a Dutch Phone)
- GetDeviceInfo.exe popup on my phone "Getdeviceinfo.exe is from an unknown publisher, do you like to run it?"
- I press "Yes"
- After a fiew seconds I get the following error:

- On my phone there is an error about "There was a problem with Getdeviceinfo.exe" "U can let Microsoft know about this problem to send a logfile balblabla.."
And still my RC E100 is not recognised.

let the htc player be, i am using pocket player, and it works (except mute) quite good (on original, also on duttys leo rom r6). btw, i got the same message, when i want to install that cab.

well, I don't get the icon so it is not recognised at all..
