Are these the latest available drivers? I've seen some comments about a 2.31 base...how do these drivers work as far as local network time and radio battery drain?

so 2.54 seems iffy at best. what is the conventional wisdom amongst developers as to what is the best set of drivers currently available? 2.16, 2.17, 2.19, 2.31, 2.54?
Personal experience with 2.16 and 2.19 - to be honest, can't see much difference cooking for the topaz

I think that in this ROM there will be the manila 2.5, because there are some images that seem to belong to the new manila
So, nobody has these OEMs???
EDIT: I've found the same images in an other rom that doesn't the new manila, so ...

these arnt 6.5 native oemxipkernel.
it doesnt boot that way. but what i see is that the Red RGD lines on splash screen are now on left side rather than the usual right side.

OEM is not newer, then previous ATT rom. Only sys - 21839.

thats what i did, just extracted the shipped NBH file and uploaded the OS.NB which is totally untouched this is what we all need, junior chefs can dump the OS.nb or they can just build an NBH for flashing with current HSPL 1.33
