Try it and find yourself or use search function to find. Tipically the newer rom's from the same branch are better.... Are a lot of branches to test...

I'm not agree with you, there is stable version....
There are 2 choices:
1. Using helloworld1 ROM, please visit http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=360664
2. Using Akilis ROM, please visit http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=417059
I have already tried both, and very stable WM 6.1.
Helloworld1 ROM using Atom ROM style, Akilis ROM using HTC style.
Both has plus and minus.
Currently I'm using Akilis ROM because the simplicity and speed :-D
If you have problem, you can contact me, I will guide you :-D
IMHO, WM 6.1 run stable on 6828 m/c

i just installed Ver 2.01b beta1 (6.1) of PDAVIET. the camera works, but activesync doesn't sync with the device.
i didn't test 6.0

read through the thread with WM6 and WM6.1 roms. It can answer all your query. you can even test which one will fit your need
Camera works in pretty much all of the ROMs on this forum, so it just depends on which ROM best suits your needs. I'd recommend using a WM6 ROM, at least until all of bugs are gone from WM6.1
using 1.05b rom on my hp ipaq rw6815 and camera works like a charm

How do your camera works? In 2.01b my camera doesn't work. I have to do a photo before I can use it.

There is no official release for the prophet (as far is i know), but of course, microsoft released wm6.1 some time ago...

I am useing it now, it is stable but sometimes many errors and consumes the battery fast. I am just waiting for the official ICS release for our phone.

I have tried it , it was stable and had very good battery life with great performence, but when it came to memory it was the worst.
rolled back to android 2.3.6 but, cant find any method to root.
does anyone have a source code of ics for this device incl. kernel ?
