Hi all.
I have managed to root my Hero, and have 2.1 Firmware, and Build Number 2.26.605.2
I have been able to download Live Wallpaper but can not see how to get it to run on the phone. I can not find how to activate it..
Any ideas ??

I've just bought the device and I love it!!!
I've bought it in Tmobile store and I used Raphael unlocker to unlock it.
Worked great!
Now I want to get rid of this ugly T-mobile skin or theme and I don't know how.
I tried to install Advanced_Configuration_Tool_v3.3 but the pop up says " The application requires a newer version of the [email protected] Compact Framework"
Do I need to flash the phone or???

i belive it needs 3.5 which you can do a search and find fairly easy, i would upload it but i am on the road.

I have just updated my mini pro with build no U20i_1238-8536 (my phone was rooted).
But After updating the phone I cannot see any app that can access the SD Card .. so I cannot access the apps that I already had like some live wallpaper , some decent launcher etc ..please help ..(I cannot access market with Vodafone India Live ...)

Thank you for your reply. I sorted out like this -
I sent Astro.apk from computer via bluetooth and once receiving finished I could installed it (thank god bluetooth worked for receiving file).
Hello there. I installed the last firmware (X10a_2_1_A_0_435_GLOBAL) and now i can't change my wallpaper, i choose one to change but it does not. I just can change to LIVE WALLPAPERS.

EDIT: So i rebooted and now it's working, sorry guys!
i have O&C but it says my phone isnt compatible with game. i read somewhere that theres this build.prop within the system folder that you have to edit the text or something..(super noob, sorry) but i cant even edit the text on the build.prop..someone help pls, id really like to try this order & chaos game out, btw im running 2.3.3 VIA flashtool not PC companion or Update service! any help would be much appriciated! thanks in advance!

On this ROM (GingerMod 2.3.6 #10) the dev has removed live wallpapers, anyone know the process to get them to be available again?
