Is there a way that i can change this screen with three robots to a .jpg picture somehow.. I have this picture in .jpg format and i want it on that first screen with those three robots.. can anyone help me please if possible?
Also if that is not the "boot" animation (obviously its not animated) then what part of boot is it?
I'm guessing part of boot.img?

I was Trying to go back to the stock rom, and the way I understood it was to reloack the Tiatan. So I did. Next Ran RUU with stock Rom and now is stuck in Bootloader. Tried to run Unlocker and has to be connected to Activesync first. Can some one help ??????
When you said bootloader screen. Do you mean the tri-color display (where you see the SPL version)?
If so, you need to get Titan_ExitBl.exe.
Before you launch that file, make sure you disable the USB connection in ActiveSync.
If you are stuck at the logo splash screen, press POWER, CAMERA and RESET buttons together.
It will take you back to the tri-color display (bootloader), where you can update your Radio and OS ROMs.

It is stuck at the tri color screen, tried to load same rom as was running and it stick at loading with 0%. On my computer it goes to recovery mode. also tried to unlock again, but this is where I have to be connected to Activesync.
If anyone has link to this file I am looking but havent found it yet. searching for these theads can be pretty complex. All the info is all spread out.

Hi everyone..
Am having problem with my prophet..
It has problem with screen alignment, so i decided to flash it with new rom
my problem is that i cANT continue flashing the unit because it stops with
screen alignment section after installation of the ROM.. cant get over that part of
installation because the screen isnt aligned yet.
IS THERE ANY ROM THAT SKIPS SCREEN ALIGNMENT?

like after flashing you cant press the cross thingy very well???
i think the screen alignment section in the boot process is just for formality to test your screen after flashing a new rom...
one more thing...
1. Did you accidentally DROP your device before?? like a hard DROP??
if thats so... maybe its not software issue....

yes, i cant click that cross thing in the screen very well..
i dont know if my wife had drop the unit accidentally..

there is no screen alignment skipping rom that i known and test so far but hmmm maybe there is someone out here that can help... or better yet you bring this unit to a qualified technician that can check the device coz i think this is not a software problem..

I thought I would try to take some of the boot animations from ROM TOOLBOX (paid version), and get them to work on the Rezound. I'm not having any success. I've :
1. Changed the Width Height in the desc.txt file
2. Re-archived to Vigor_VZW_bootanimation.zip (with no compression)
3. Placed .zip in /system/customize/resource
Not getting any boot animations until I replace the original .zip (from Nils Business GingerSense 1.5)
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah... I've been there and the 1st boot animation on that post wouldn't work for me either, but thanks.

I started my way through the thread .... still working on it. I installed the tool mentioned here :

and was able to get a boot animation to work.... sometimes.... only after a hard boot, and I need to toggle the power button to get it off the white htc screen into the animation !?

Turn off fastboot if it's not already off, also delete/rename hTC_bootanimation.zip . Then if you use the standard Verizon convention in your desc.txt(inside Vigor_VZW_bootanimation.zip) then it should fire on ever boot.
desc.txt(should be something similar to this)

Fastboot is already off; HTC_bootanimation.zip is deleted (by NilsP, running his Business GingerSense V1.5, his custom boot animation runs fine).
Still appears to be some voodoo going on here....

Can you upload his custom one? Sometimes it's down to framerate. I've only ever gotten an animation to work properly at 15FPS.

Well Mr. Smith, I believe you hit the nail on the head. I don't want to upload another person's work without his explicit permission, but his framerate IS 15 fps. And every animation I've tried that's failed has a higher frame rate. I'll post back after I confirm.
K... I know this is a stretch, but does anyone know of a boot animation that looks similar to the new Lollipop, but without the 'sun' and (IMO) the silly letter transformations (again, very similar to "L," but the letters just fade in)? I had this before and thought I had a copy backed up, but lost it with a new flash. I have no idea what the name was, but any help would be *gratefully* appreciated.

install rom manager in your device there you can find roms i changed mine i turned it into transformers
can anybody help me here with this as this rooting stuff is all new too me.. i managed too successfully root the device via odin. so somewhere along the line ive pressed something i wasn't meant too and have ended up from what i have read online bout bricking and bricked devices i am sure this is what has happened to me.. so what i would like too know if any1 could help is by telling me what my next best steps are for unbricking my device that's if it will be possible :good:
my device will not switch on at all!! not even to download by doing volume/power buttons

You have 2 options at this point, if you are unable to get into Download Mode:
