I can't Flash my Iolite - Touch Cruise 2 ROM Development

Hi,
Sorry for bad English, but I'm a young Italian man!^^'
I've a problem with a my new telephone.
I've received it last week, and at the first moment I understand that it has a coocked ROM!
I dont' touch its ROM, but it's default!
Then, I starting to read "How to" in the web for this problem!
The telephone supporte GPS and FootPrint but it haven't them in!
I've finded this:

But, the Hard SPL don't find the telephone...
Can you tell me how to do for this problem?

Ho un problema con il mio nuovo telefonino.
L'ho ricevuto la settimana scorsa, e dal primo momento ho capito, accendendolo, che aveva una ROM cucinata, anche male in effetti...
Non avevo toccato il mio HTC, ma la ROM era predefinita!
IL telefono SUPPORTA il GPS e il FootPrint, ma al suo interno non ci sono!

Ma dopo aver scaricato l'HARD SPL e seguito le istruzioni, il programma non trova il telefonino.
Ho bisogno di flashare la ROM poichè almeno il GPS mi occorre...
Come posso fare?
Qalcuno sa darmi qualche suggerimento? (possibilmente in italiano!^^')

First make sure that you have successfully flash the Olinex HSPL
Code:
to confirm you got it installed, go into bootloader mode (tricolour screen!) and verify the screen shows 1.09.OliNex, which is the Hard-SPL version.
NOTE: you will not see the SPL version during normal boot, that is the OS version, not SPL!
to enter SPL to check version, fully power the device off by long press of power key, then
power on while holding the "volume down" key on the left side of the device. keep holding
the volume down key until you see tricolour screen which is the bootloader mode, then release it.
The message on above picture indicates that the device haven't successfully connected with the pc. The device must first connected with activesync or windows mobile center(vista, windows 7) before you run RUU utility.

The phone's screen isn't in bootloader mode, but it says: "USB Update Mode!"

You must first disconnect the device from usb cable. After power off the device by long pressing the power button, or remove battery. After the device is powered off, hold volume down button end press the power button. You must see a screen with red,green,blue and white colors and this text:

Serial

If you see another name in line SPL, then you probably didn't flash successfully the patched HSPL

It says in Flash Mode that the mobile hasn't connected!
In Manual Mode it says that it hasn't answer!

If I understand well, you say that you cannot flash the patched HSPL.
So you didn't succeed to install olinex patched HSPL.
Is this correct?

I've tried, also, on another PC, with Vista...
Same problem!
The Flash Mode don't run!
It says that the mobile isn't connected to PC!
In the Manuel Mode, it find the telephone. But when it patch, it says: Error...
What's the problem?

Sorry, I cannot help much, for HSPL errors. I advice you to try to read and follow currefully all given instructions and steps for installation first, and if you still have errors, then you must contact with cmonex(the author of HSPL application), who is the only one that can help you if all other fail.
And first make sure that you have an original Iolite and not a clone, cause if you have a clone, then this is the problem.

How can I understand if the mobile is original?

From where you took the device? Check device's box for Htc Logo, check for device's specifications start -> settings -> system for infromations about model IMEI and hardware(you can compare them with the specifications on http://www.htc.com/europe/specification.aspx?p_id=242). And you can try to register the device with your IMEI on htc.com(maybe you need to do it in different locations if you don't now from were the device come). If you can register, then you have an original device.
