You can flash any European or Cingular ROM. The Cingular ROM hac only English (but of course you can install your T9 dict.). The European ROM has more languages (including En) but Im not sure if it has Spanish as well.

To get the Htc official greek rom, you must register on greek htc forum (http://www.htc.com.gr/forum/) with your device's IMEI and download the rom from there.
there is no official rom.the only one was in your device.if you didn't backup,i think you can do it with a program, before you flash the new one then there is no way go back to official greek.

Is there any way you can get stock samsung keyboard with Nordic layout on Leo ROM? I have tested the keypad plus the file from the kitchen, but it does not work. So if anyone has a solution so I can get back åäö Swedish support, please help me out.
