Locking Individual home pages - Droid Eris Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Does anyone know if there is way to lock individual pages on my home screen? I.E. if i have certain shortcuts or widgets on a page that I don't want anyone accessing, can I put a password on just that page?

[Q] Can I lock my clock widget in place?

I was wondering if it was possible to lock my clock widget in place when scrolling through home screen pages, kinda as if it were in a dock and locked in place.
Does anyone know what I mean and if/how this is possible?

Click to collapse
No that's not possible. The only way you could do it is having multiple instances of the same clock on every homepage.
Hmm, but it is possible for apps to be in a dock that stays around all the time, why isn't that possible for a widget?

[Q] How to put more than one widget on a single lockscreen page?

I can't get more than one widget on a single page in the lock screen. Every time i add a widget, it adds it on a separate page. Is this normal? Can I have more than one on a page?

[Q] Custom PIN Lock Screen Widget

Hi all,
I'm running CM11 Nightly (20140107) on my GT-I9195 (S4 Mini). I'm required to have a PIN lock due to Exchange Policy, but I am able to modify the lock screen widgets. Since I have lowered the DPI for my System UI, I have quite a lot of room available above the PIN lock.
Apart from the date, time, weather and agenda provided by the cLock widget, I think I should be able to fit some more things in there, for example additional system information or some application shortcuts. I would like to have date, time and weather on the top-left, some other widget(s) on the top-right, and full-width agenda underneath.
However, I think you are only allowed to have two full-screen widgets on the lock screen; one default, and another one when you scroll to the left. So, I guess I should use some 'super' widget for this; a widget that is simply a container for other widgets. Does anyone know whether something like this exists? I have found Widget Maker in the Play Store which seems to fit my needs, but although it works fine as a regular home screen widget, it does not show up in the list of widgets when adding a lock screen widget.
Please note that I'm aware of WidgetLocker; I've used this before. The drawback is that you need two steps to unlock your device; first dismiss WidgetLocker, then enter your device PIN. So if possible, I would like to combine the standard PIN lock screen with multiple custom widgets.
Any suggestions?

How to add Facebook Shortcut to homescreen

Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks
Do you mean besides opening the app drawer, putting your finger on the FB icon, then dragging onto the pane for the home screen you want it on? I set up a blank (invisible) Zooper widget in the top right corner of my screen that launches my FB app (I use Frindly instead of the actual FB one, though). I run a very minimalistic homescreen so that was the best path for me.

Adding widgets to the left of home screen

Does anyone know how to add widgets on Poco F1 to the screen that's to the left of the home screen. I'm only able to add pre-specified cards such as recent apps, calenders and security app. I want to add widgets, but there is no option for it.
Thanks
