Hello
There is not rom in Spanish for Neon200 or neon300 or neon400, but You can use any niki rom, only must Get a hex editor and change NIKI*** to NEON***
Remember that You need have hardspl before flash it.
I am test with two htc (NEON200 and NEON300) and works. All features do not work, because at not the same machines, but it is 100% functional.
Here you can diffrences between phones.

i know this site is the official company in Greece for the Htc Mobiles, but i can't download from this site because the imei of my phone is not registered in Greece, i have purchased my touch dual in Italy from Tim. If somebody in Greece with touch dual phone have this greek rom or language pack, i really appreciated.
