can anyone tell me any good software similar to insta mapper used by iphone & Android Os, tracking mobile sitting at home?
You could always try RemoteTracker (there are a few other programs that do a similar thing).

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows a way to map on screen bluestack keys to the pc's physical keyboard?
I know it's a long shot, but does an app even exist on android or windows that can do that? thanks
I too would really like to know how to do this. I see its possible to setup cfg files for individual games, but have no idea how to do it.

Click to collapse
So far i found
- GameKeyboard
- GamePad
- Tincore
I gave them all a try, but the setup was too complex for me, at least for the amount of time i was willing to invest.
Aurora
Aurora is a keymapper for Bluestacks, also. A drawback to it though is lack of 64bit OS support. Only works for 32bit from what I can see. Saw some saying it was working on Win7/64bit but mostly not. Even changing compat mode doesn't seem to work.
Was very simple to set up for games, like Celtic Heroes for example, but then it crashed when I tried to "Create" the layout due to lack of compat.
I got my hands on Silvercrest selfie remote button. I cannot post the link (yet), but it is easily googleable.
I was hoping that I could use it outside the native app, e.g. with Tasker. No such luck... First of all, I cannot even detect the button outside the app... I was hoping it would register as a Bluetooth keyboard or something, but it is not seen at all. In fact, I can have BT switched off completely (as well as NFC) and it still works in the native app an nowhere else...
Any idea how I could capture the button presses? The app itself is freely available on Google Play, but it is beyond my skills to reverse engineer it...
Does anyone even have an idea _how_ it works?
I am also interested in an answer to this. Just got one ran a few tests, only works inside there app, would like to use it for other tasks as well.
The secret is rather simple: it produces a specific tone that is recognized by the app.
I thought I should give it a go here after some googling which didn't turn up the right results.
I am looking for an app that can put an android device in some sort of kiosk mode and start a connection to a remoteapp which is on a windows 2012 server. I know about rdp client from windows, but that doesn't cut it because I need to go through the app interface with all his settings that can be changed when connecting. This is also the case with several other rdp clients I have tried.
Kiosk mode isn't really a problem, there are several apps out there that can restrict to launching a single app in android.
BTW I would be happy to pay for it, just need the possibility to test it in our environment. I am hoping there is something standard out there that lets you accomplish this.
(android version will be 6.0 and above on which it should work)
Thanks for any advice.
Hi,
I'm looking for exactly the same thing, did you managed to get any app that answer your request?
Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
No sorry. I am still looking for such an app.
Have you tried the Scalefusion Android kiosk app?
Hello.
For a few years now I've been wondering whether there is some app or guide for that would allow to use your Android phone only as a client for accessing a virtual Android device running on a Windows/Linux PC. I have a decent PC with a few spare GB of RAM, a good internet access, and a crappy Android phone, so I thought this would be a great thing if some solution that works properly existed.
I know you could for example "just" start an Android emulator with Android Studio on a separate account on Windows, make it fullscreen or near fullscreen, and use something like Microsoft Remote Desktop or TeamViewer to access it, but then the emulator wouldn't have access to the real device's sensors. Is there something that would also let the emulator access my device's camera, proximity sensor, GPS, NFC, connect to bluetooth devices via my device, etc.? Or at least some of these.
Also it'd be important for everything on the "real", client, device to feel as native as possible. For example when I swipe from the top it'd be nice to get the notification bar from the virtual device, not the real device. But I'd be happy to try to find some solutions for issues like these myself if no one tested anything.
I'll be grateful for any ideas or links.
Have a nice day
Many may not remember, but Windows Mobile (not Windows Phone, Windows Mobile 7 Series, or Windows 10 for Mobile; OG honest-to-goodness Windows Mobile 6) used to have a killer Tetris-like game called "Touchtris" that differentiated itself by allowing the player to track input anywhere on the screen, and, most importantly, move/rotate the pieces in a single stroke, WITHOUT letting go of the screen (the widely-circulated demonstration video does not show this all-important feature).
Does anyone know if such a thing exists (or ever existed) on Android?
