After updating to 2.0.2.A.0.24 the phone crashes\reboots when i wake up the phone and try to swipe the lock screen. It seems like the screen is frozen when waking it up, and if i dont carefully swipe the keylock it will crash.
Anyone know what the problem can be?

Yes, it did that that to me.
Solution :
1. wait for black screen just before next reboot(try and error), long press home key (right buttom key), do not release, phone stop reboot. If you release, it will boot again.
2. at your PC, start Sony update program, wait for it ready prompt you to connect USB cable, then connect USB cable while still press (home key).
3. Sony update program should detect your x10 mini, and check version upgrade, after it report that version already uptodate and prompt you reinstall it again, your answer is YES.
4. until you saw you X10mini green light on, then you can release you hand. Sony update will download again from internet and flash your x10mini.
I did this, sucessfully installed again with 2.1 2.0.2.A.0.24 version. But then you have to reinstall all you apps again from the beginning.
yes, i did reinstall the update from seus 3-4 times. I think it crashed 15 times in some hours.
Finally it also crashed and restarted when switching it off, and the popup screen appears to shut it down. Had to remove battery to turn it off.
i was using titanium backup to restore, so now im restoring applications one by one and testing to see if some of them are causing the crash.
The app2sd crash
Sent from my Pulse using XDA App
im not using app2sd, but today it has crashed 4 times so reinstallling with seus again. im soon giving up..
heres what im doing,- On Norwegian phone
1. install from seus again
2. root phone with this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=906231&page=5
3. since im using build.prop with ro.product.name=U20i_1238-8536 im getting for some strange reason keyprint.xml with Keyprint name: QWERTY Swedish/Finnish and <script name="latin" keylayout="qwerty-se-fi"/> when i want norwegian.
Problem here is with 3. party on screen keyboards installed, the hardware keyboard cant write ø and æ. (It becomes ö and ä)
So with root explorer i replace keyprint.xml and mimmi_keypad.kcm.bin found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=828558&page=1
I think that can be the problem, but not sure
Edit again..
im 99% sure changing the keymap.xml and mimmi_keypad.kcm.bin from mentioned thread is the cause of the constant crashes.
with build.prop with ro.product.name=U20i_1238-8536 and updating i get Keyprint name: QWERTY Swedish/Finnish. So hardware keyboard cant type ø and æ with third party keyboard installed.
Any advice?
i have a lika problem but my problem is i can't write åäö but i have it on my keyboard it's become the other symbols .',
its lika i have a english keyboard but i dont shold have it. because instad of your .', i have åäö.
This is soooo annoying, does anyone here get this error on some websites while browsing using the default shipped Android 2.2 browser?
Andriod browser dialog box mesg:
"Data connectivity problem
The page contains too many server redirects."
Example: http://www.yelp.com just does not work for me.
I am not sure if this is only happening to build 315 Dell Streaks. I did read somewhere else that going to build 318 fixes it, but I'd like to know how to fix this on 315 without going to 318.
Thanks in advance!

I get the same thing on stock 2.2 I have yet to figure out what it means or how to fix it.
You don't even have to root your phone to install baseband 318. As long as you are on baseband 305, 309, or 315 you won't even have to connect it to your computer.
Download (here is a Dell page with the link) the 318 file with your phone or with your computer and copy to the root of your SD Card. Browse to it with a file browser (you can use Quick Office) and tap on it.
If it doesn't do anything (if it does you'll be taken through the upgrade process) then rename the file to update.pkg.
Turn your phone off. Press the power button to turn your phone on and as soon as the LEDs light up hold BOTH volume buttons down. The phone will go into recovery mode. Use the volume controls to highlight the choice to install update.pkg and then press the camera button to select it.
The 318 update will be installed and your phone will reboot.
I believe that the second method will wipe your settings, so you'll have to set up your accounts and re-install your apps. When I did this I did a factory reset first so that I was doing the equivalent of a fresh install.
That's it - no drivers to install, no cables to connect (unless you copy the file to your phone with the cable), and you are technically running a stock phone.
This will not work if you have installed a custom recovery, you need a stock recovery on your phone to use an update.pkg. So this is perfect for those who don't want to mod their phone. You won't be able to tell the difference except that the redirect bug is gone.

DELL released a fix for this problem months ago on http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/mobile-devices/f/3824/t/19353639.aspx
Download this file http://mobileupdate.dell.com/PackageProductionLocations/Streak_318_12821_00.pkg from the Streak's web browser, and then follow the instructions to apply the update.
I tried both ways listed here, unable to update.

Can you be more specific as to what happen when you try to upgrade? I just did the upgrade last night and did encounter a few problem myself but I got it done at the end so maybe I can be of help if you can be a little more specific about the problem.
Btw I'm on stock 318 update from above link and server re direct problem is gone
Worked like a charm, Thank you. All I did was download the file from my phone, then when it finished downloading I clicked on it from the notification bar and a menu poped up asking me to update and so I did. Now I no longer have that error poping up.

I have got no such issue.. Infact it is the most clean n fast ROM. U have gintonic.se 2.1 and zombie panik v1.63, but have upgraded ur superuser to v3 (+ su binary) from the market...coz it doz make a difference..
Gintonic.SE + zombie-pack kernel by slade ..
Sorry about your bug rodrigocp, but I have had no issue either with touch, accurate on my mini pro.
ZombiePanic v1.63 + GinTonic.SE v2.1
yes i have updated SU to 3 and the binary.
maybe its something whit my cellphone.
when i have some time to test i will try changing to stock kernel and see if its better.
and i also think this combination Zombi 1.63+gintonic 2.1 its the most stable, fast and whitout reboots so far. so really linking it.
my olly problem is the touch, sometimes i cant even unlock the screen and have to shut and start the screen until it works
today i found out that my randon touch is not so random.
it happens when i force push the screen up, in other words, if i put my finger in the botton of the cell, on the screen not the keyboard part, and push up it will apear one or two(multitouch) press in the middle.
if you guys can try it out to see if its just my the problem i would apreciate
i'm using gintonic 2.3.9, and zombie panic 1.63.
tried also whit stock kernel and the same problem there (so not the kernel)
so i think its smoething with gintonic(will try later other rom) or really my cell
so the reason i mostly noted when unbloking the phone was because to turn on use the botton as suport and press the power button, making the touchin the middle
i am having a problem with my samsung galaxy s2, the power menu doesnt come up when i press the shut down button but it switches off straight away, and the lock screen doesnt work, non of them does. i would be so grate full for who ever can find me a solution

Sounds like a bug. Try flashing DXLP9.

You're missing your /efs/imei/keystr file. Do a google search for "/efs/imei/keystr fix". You'll need root to apply the fix.

This MIGHT work instead of what I suggested above, but I didn't think firmware flashes included or built/rebuilt the keystr file. I could be wrong though.
