Sense People scroll widget in ADW Launcher - Hero, G2 Touch Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys,
I really love ADW Launcher but I am missing the People scroll widget in Sense. Anyone knows how to put this widget in ADW (I am using Chocolate Eclair1.1r2 with both Sense and ADW installed) or any other similar widgets?
Thanks

buy the pro version form their website

Don't know in ADW, but LauncherPro just got a update. With a HTC People widget clone!
But you'll need to donate for it..

official HTC widgets will never be supported in any alternative Home until HTC open his HTC Sense source code (and I think they will never do this).
And you will never see any alternative widget capable of scrolling in HTC Sense.
On contrary, you now have scrollable widget in ADW or LauncherPro such as Pure calendar, Pure messenger or LauncherPro widgets.

Modify sense widgets to work on non-sense launcher?

Would it be/Is it possible to modify the sense widgets to act like normal widgets and work on another launcher? Does anyone know what differentiates them from real widgets so that they don't show up in the widgets list?
I thought I had come across a ROM back in the day that had a non-sense launcher (probably adw or something) that was able to use the sense widgets. Maybe I'm just imagining things.
I am using a stock ROM so all the sense framework is still there, but I love Launcher Pro and wish I could use the sense widgets with it.
Thanks!

Question about widgets (Nero v5)

I have Nero v5 and also purchased LPP. I love the widgets on LauncherPro, but I strongly prefer the Nero v5 launcher (for some reason it's smoother for me). I have been trying to find similar widgets to the LPP ones that can run on the stock launcher and cannot find any that are as functional and attractive as the widgets on LPP. In particular, I'm looking for a good Facebook and Agenda widget. Any suggestions? I think I've already researched all of the popular ones (like Android Agenda Widget).
Thanks!

APP help, Homescreen widgets

I am looking for a app that has widgets for my home screen. I'm currently running TheRom (2.2 Froyo) and I've looked at Launcher Pro widgets, but the only thing they're missing is a clock widget.
I really enjoyed the Sense widgets, so if anybody has any ideas for some good widget apps let me know!
I am looking for an app that has the following widgets:
Calendar
Time
Weather
News
You might try "beautiful widgets" on the Android market along with launcherpro plus. Or if you miss sense that much you might try the Rom "gin-sen-tazz", its sense 2.3 gingerbread.
Edit: beautiful widgets is a flip clock/weather widget like the sense clock.

Calendar - Pure Grid Calendar Widget
Time - Beautiful Widgets
Weather - Beautiful Widgets - Weather Channel App
News - CNN, Fox, NBC, etc. apps
I agree with anteris try gin-sen-tazz it's my fav rom and I've tried about 15. It's fine tuned to be around 99.9% fully functional just waiting for bt

CM7 with scrollable widgets?

I am trying to get away from sense for obvious reasons. I'm only missing the friendstream, news, twitter scrollable widgets. Shopping revealed Pure Messenger/News widget as a viable option. Although to be useful to me it needs to be scrollable.
-Running CM7 nightlies #130
-ADW Launcher stock with CM7
-Verizon Droid Incredible 2
-Rooted, obviously.
Pure Messenger states that ADW is supported, but scrollable widgets must be enabled and it isn't currently. I find no setting for scrollable widget enable and the documentation for this version (latest) doesn't list it. However a previous version had a setting from what I find online. Maybe the non CM7 version?
Anyone have a solution for pure messenger or alternative app? I'm certain many people running CM7 desire these widgets so there must be a solution but a search didn't reveal anything within 6 months.
Note: I was having this same issue with other phones, and other launchers [read: go launcher, launcher pro], so this should apply to everyone. Including me when I buy the Galaxy Nexus upon release.

I love colorize widgets and android pro widgets (both very similar and have a nice timeline feature with the paid versions) adw does support scrolling widgets but I'm not sure if you need the ex version for that(that's the version I have) I also don't see a setting for it but both my colorize widgets and android pro widgets scroll automatically

I gave up on the Pure Widgets and went with Colorize. Scrolling works fine and I got the paid version and it looks really nice.
I thought the Pure Widgets were the most popular which would lead to less bugs and better support but obviously not.
Now the only problem is Colorize doesn't have a RSS feed selector or news widget like sense but I think I can get around it with customizing Google RSS feeds.
Thanks for the reply.

Ok, somebody should explain the need for scrollable widgets, or indeed most widgets, to me.
You swipe homescreens to get to the one you want, e.g Calender, Twitter.. and then you scroll it to find what you want etc...
Why not just open the Twitter or Calender app instead?
This sums up my pet peave with Android really. So much bloat. So much unnecessary carp. Why do one thing well when you can do it three different ways, badly.
I'm still not sold on the idea of multiple homescreens, in fact i'm as perplexed by the notion now as i was three years ago. Android has an app drawer. It has shortcuts for every app within. Open app drawer, select shortcut, use app! Why would i need shortcuts all over my homescreen?
And while i'm busy derailing the thread with my rant, what's with the honking great clocks and weather on the homescreens? There's a clock in the status bar and the weather is right outside. Use a window!
Obviously i'm in the minority here so i'll just crawl quietly back into my minimalistic hole. Good to get it off the chest though!

Desktop migration?

I used adw EX but then found DX home (great launcher btw) and it migrated my stuff. If I want to migrate DX home widgets to adw, how would this be done? The widgets only pop up in DX home, not the general widgets.
