So I'm really wanting to upgrade my phone to Android 2.2, and Nero is a pretty awesome ROM.
But I hate the Gingerbread green (though I do like the black/translucent menus).
What I'm wanting to do is bring the minimalist flat black with blue accents look from Bionix Final R1 into Nero, but I have absolutely no idea where to start!
Basically this is what I'd like to change:
-remove the green Gingerbread color on the status bar icons and in other places, and replace it with the pale blue from stock/Bionix
-bring back the white signal, wifi, BT and G/E/3G icons from Bionix (the status bar icons that look like stock but minimalistic and slimmed down)
-use the minimalistic Bionix status bar icons (gmail, sdcard notifications, etc)
-put the thin gray line back at the bottom of the status bar (I really miss this, it made the home screen look much nicer with non-black wallpapers)
-change the pulldown notification menu to be solid black like it is in Bionix/Obsidian
-change the Gingerbread soft keyboard accents from green to pale blue to match the theme
-change the boot and shutdown animation and sounds to the i9000 ones
-include the UOT Kitchen modded blue segmented battery mod
Any ideas on how to do this and put it in a CWR flashable .zip would be really appreciated!
With the massive infusion of Gingerbread clones into the Vibrant ROM pool, there's an awful lot of green and black. Looks pretty good, I think.
However...
The menu text is still light blue in Nero v3 (the best 2.2 ROM I've used yet). It clashes horribly with the green. Is there a way to change the font to either the Gingerbread copper or the AOSP gray? Either one would look far better than the light blue against the green 2.3-like accents.
I seen the new gingered but where is blue can Somone plz upload a blue one like the new gingered theme im looking really for all setting icons blue transparent notification bar see thru and android in bottom of screen look at blue steel 3.1 for i9000 for what I mean thabkz
Running Remix Beta 6, when using the HTC skin the notification dropdown has a light grey background, allowing the black text to be legible. When switching to any other skin the background is black and the text is not legible.
does anyone know what file(s) and change(s) would need to be done so that the dusk skin would have the same notification background as the HTC skin?
Also, where are the Rosie launcher mods at? Been looking for them with no luck ...
This app works well for custom accent colors of you're rooted.

Hello Tulsa! I remember u doing the same good work on the 3a haha. Does this support latest feb? Sorry for the question I just flashed other stuff and yesterday ended on a bootloop so I wanna play it safe now, too lazy to start over
Edit: okay I've read one of your replies on another thread claiming Dec builds also worked on jam and Feb, and can confirm this is working for me. Thank u!
I have a photo gallery app that is no longer available in the playstore, but I have a titanium backup of it.
The app worked great on my previous Galaxy S4 running A5 and the image folder names appeared in white text.
But when I run it on my new Pixel 4a (A10), the image file folder name text now appear in a ugly purple color.
Will this fix that problem?
