My HTC HD2 locks the touchscreen during calls. Making me unable to use the keypad during a call or having me end the call through the touchscreen. I can still end a call through the physical end button. I should mention that I have Cookies home editor and I recently installed S2U2 then uninstalled S2U2 through the removing applications setting. I dont know whether that caused this lock, but if anyone has any suggestions let me know

I has wm6 graphite version installed on my hurricane, but when i has incoming call's I dont see anything in screen even i click in green key to accept call.

I have the same problem. I can't see, who is calling me. Are there some settings to make the display lightning going on, when there is an incoming call???

I have the same problem with Graphite v2.2 ROM.
In Power Management there is an option "IncomingCall LightOn", i have enabled it, but it doesn't help.
Don't know if anyone else is having this problem with the new iPhone-style dialers: Dialer installs fine; looks great. However, the phone locks up under this scenario:
1. dial number which will require a password entry (e.g. to retrieve voice mail) and press talk
2. prompted for password
3. password entered
4. click on "call status" to turn on speaker phone or mute, for example and phone freezes up. I can still hear the call but none of the keys on the phone work.
What I have figured out is if after the call connects I don't use the keyboard I can click on call status and everything works fine. As soon as I use the keyboard in the middle of the call and click on call status the phone freezes. Something about using the keyboard and switching to call status makes the phone freeze up.
This is very frustrating because I really like these dialers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an AT&T 8525 phone with WM6 on it. I have installed the Cyberon Voice Speed Dial application, and have great luck with it. I also used the registry hack to configure the PTT button to invoke SDDialer.exe, which is very good. I just hit the PTT button, speak a name, and dial the person.
My company exchange server has a policy set which forces a PIN lock of the device every 15 minutes. I then have to enter a 4-digit PIN to unlock the device in order to call. This, unfortunately, also prevents the SDDialer app from starting when the phone is screen locked.
Is there a workaround where I can enable the PTT button invoke while the phone is locked? I searched, but could not find any solution, so opening a new thread. Sorry if I missed a thread if this is already discussed (the search displayed a ton of result, and I believe I read most of the threads regarding this).

Generally, locked is locked - that's the purpose: to keep ppl from using the phone. If that wasn't the case, the PIN lock would be pretty useless.

thanks down8.. it is wierd though.. this only seems to happen with the PTT button... if I configure the camera button to open cyberon, I can invoke it from locked screen.. makes me think there is some registry setting that I am missing for PTT... I checked HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Shell/Keys, and could not see anything different.

what do you mean autolock? just press the end button after your call and it will lock the screen
most phones' keypads remain locked when you receive a call. the hero unlockes when you take an incoming call (or is this only when one uses the touchscreen?).
maybe he is using a bluetooth headset. when the phone indeed unlocks itself during the call, this would be a major pita when you just want to keep the phone in your pocket. anyone tried that yet?
i answered a call with my bluetooth headset & the screen unlocks itself....this is kinda disappointing........
i would appriciate if someone can help me with this. I want to know if i can ignore calls from some number automatically.

Attached is Blacklist (freeware), and it should work when installed to main memory. On that note, my favorite call filter for WM has been MagiCall (payware). Anyway, hope this helps...
