Need some help and direction please. Just purchased an hd2 to load android on it.
I completed the steps I need for that, and everything was fine. this is a breakdown of my steps to lead me to this point.
flashed hspl
flashed correct radio for a chucky rom.
flashed rom. everything is ok so far.
flashed an android rom. everything went great. at first but after 10 minutes i got a constant reboot. so, did research and found out that I didnt have the android files in a folder. so ..
reformated sd card and erased everthing. and loaded the android rom back onto sd card in the android file
at this paticular time the phone is fine running on a chucky wm rom.
I did a factory reset, and reboot.
from there I ran into problems.
not my phone is stuck at the chucky boot screen and goes intoa boot loop.
tried reflashing the tmous radio, still boot loop.
tried flashing chucky rom over again still boot loop.
tried flashing an energy rom .. no go still white screen chucky boot loop.
now when I try to plug it into a charger, or computer, it comes on by itself and goes into the boot loop.
any help or direction is appreciated.

EDIT Once again phone booted up by it self but loaded the new rom. any idea why this is happening?
bent battery connector? it wouldnt be the first time and boot loop is practically always displayed as an effect of bent battery pins.

I wanted to install an android ROM on my HD2.
I installed HSPL as i should do and everything went fine.
Then i went to install MAGLDR and the installation went fine too.
But then, it started as i would think it showed me the HTC logo. But after 30min it was still on the logo. And on everyother video i saw it was just a sec to load it. So i trieded to install MAGLDR again. Still the same result.
I installed the latest radio still the same result.
I removed HSPL and reinstalled it and then install MAGLDR still the same result.
What did i do wrong and how to fix it? i am able to get into the red green blue whit screen
Just a dumb question, did you install a ROM after MAGLDR?
Hi I have a Samsung SGH-i897 I am sort of a noob to android devices but i had the phone rooted and everything was fine then i loaded Fasty Rom to it and everything was still fine now here is where my problem started.
I attempted to load CynagenMod Rom to the phone everything went downhill from there. After many attempts to restore the phone back to stock i keep getting the same thing.. The phone keeps rebooting to Recovery NO MATTER WHAT!! i have been using ODIN3 to flash it back to stock and it doesn't seem to work. ODIN says the phone is doen and passed then the phone restarts i get the att screen then boom right into 2e recovery again.
I tried reinstalling packages and i get into CWM but even there every time i hit restart now it goes right back into recovery again I CANT GET THE PHONE TO BOOT... At this point i just want it back to stock so i can start from square one... Ive tried searching the forums for the past 12 hours and everything i do just brings me back here please someone help me!!!!

I got a little issue, i wanted to go back to stock so i flashed via RSD 2.3.6. 4.5.141 and everything went well (as far as the flashing) then at the end the phone got stuck in a loop at the ATT logo and the program stated "this phone needs to be rebooted manually" so i did yet no luck.
I have tried to do a reset and I can access fastboot, but i can't seems to find a logical solution, i have read several threads but no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello all, first post and I really hope you can help. I have an unlocked HTC One, runnnig 4.2.1
Today I attempted to install Android Revolution 6.0 ROM
I downloaded the ROM, made a back up ON THE PHONE of my data, factory restored and then bootloaded and flashed the ROM
I went through the start-up ie choosing which Google options I required etc nd the phone reset to install but now is stuck in a loop. When I attach the phone to my PC it is not recognised. No matter what option I choose in bootmanager ie fastboot, recovery, factory reset etc it just gets stuck in boot loop and I cannot do ANYTHING. Major problems as I need my phone for work. Can anyone please please help I have searched and searched but really don't know what to do?

i had flashed my u8850 when i first got my phone and played around with the custom roms which were not fully usable at the time. As my wife wanted the phone I flashed it to stock rom .. proper stock without root or CWM... with SUT l3 tool
now she gave it back to me as she upgraded, and i went to do a factory reset to clear out the contacts etc.. and start afresh.
it went and got stuck at the huawei symbol and hasn't gone off since.
since researching this, i found out that its a boot loop and anyone who has flashed a custom rom can never do a factory reset from the settings menu, but must do it in CWM instead.
so, Im stuck in a boot loop, with a original rom with no CWM and although the computer recognizes the phone as a huawei and loads the ADB drivers etc... Ive got no way to flash a rom with CWM to get me to cyanogen at all.. SUT doesn't recognize the phone at all..
so ive got the roms i need and even tried with android AIO flasher ...
clearly i need some help ...

I got the same problem... I "played" with the ROM Toolbox app (changed boot animation, changed status bar icons, changed the SYSTEM UI), and now I got the same problem... Can anyone help us plz.?
