Does anyone now how to start internet sharing via Bluetooth?
It works for me via USB-Cable and WiFi (Ad-hoc)
Put when I launch the Internet Sharing App, I can only choose "USB" on Drop-Down
THe Phone is Connected via Bluetooth to the Laptop...

Just wondering if anyone has had any success. I have been able to connect to my laptop ( via dongle ) with a rather antiquated version of Bluesoleil, but only partially. It seems I can send files, but I cannot receive them. Under my Bluetooth settings on the Atrix, it says I am paired, but not connected.
I'm wonderig if there's any option (app or something like that) which will allow me to connect to my k800i (I've nice dataplan on it) so I can use its internet on my x10 via bluetooth?

I managed to get my Z2 to connect to PC by WiFi. Annoying thing tho, is that I need to click to connect on the phone every time I need to transfer anything. Can Z2 and PC connect automatically or at least is there option to connect from PC without touching the phone? I have been using Airdroid on my previous phone and it worked great but I like the fact that I don't need to open browser and Z2 is accesible by Windows Explorer.
You can try using the Pair with PC function. Go to Settings -> Xperia Connectivity -> USB Connectivity -> Pair with PC and follow the instructions. But I've never been able to pair with my PC, so I just rely on AirDroid.
Yea I paired and it worked but after you disconnect you have to manually reconnect from phone which is kind of annoying.
I'm using my Sony Xperia Z1s for this (on 4.4.4). I'm connected to a neighbor's wifi (with permission of course) on my PC via a Netgear wireless USB adaptor. I am attempting to use DroidCam as I don't have a proper webcam, so I can use my Sony as a webcam and skype on the desktop (Win7). The problem arises when I connect my android (via usb) to the desktop, as within a few minutes, the wifi will always fail (full signal bars, yellow exclamation triangle). Doesn't matter whether the android is in MTP mode or MSC mode, or whether or not debugging is enabled (though, it must be enabled for DroidCam to connect). It's as if the android's usb connection is interfering with the Netgear's usb connection. Why is this, and how can I attempt to fix this?
EDIT: Before you ask why I don't simply skype via the app, the wifi connection is not strong enough for my android, the Netgear produces a stronger connection on the desktop. I attempted to use USB Tunnel so I could connect the android to the PC and use the wifi signal that the Netgear is grabbing on my android, but..... again..... connection issues.
I wanted to ask if can you share the internet connection you reverse tethered to your android device from a PC to a Laptop. The internet connection will flow starting from the pc to android via usb cable (reverse tethering) then android to a laptop through a hotspot. Is that possible? Can you transfer the internet you reverse tethered to a laptop in a wifi form?
