You might need to enter the correct service center number. Call your operator.
Had a similar problem, couldn't receive sms, but could send. Was advised to get a newer sim card (mine was 5 years old) and to do a master reset on the phone. Worked for me. Reseting sucks.

i did call my operator. at first, they gave me a sms center no. but i couldn't find the setting to enter the no. then i called again and was advised to call se service centre for help. my phone is an unlocked Germany version while i live in China. so i wasn't given a spefic answer. they just said the sim card was recognised by the phone automatically so normally changing sim card won't cause any problem.

I'm on AT&T and just got the phone yesterday. Data and voice works. I checked the message center number ( 13123149810) and it looks correct.
Any advice?

While in GoSMS texting or another app, I noticed my phonecalls go straight to voicemail. I receive no indication that I'm receiving a call till the VM indicator shows in the statusbar. What gives?

Has anyone else noticed or experienced unusually long call connect time? No matter what method I use to place a call (swipe, enter number directly, ect...) it takes 15-20 seconds before I can hear the phine start ringing. I'm on mj4 stock rooted with mj4 baseband. Any input is appreciated.

Do you use Google voice and merged your number? This issue happens to me when my Google voice and Sprint number is linked. It also happens for incoming calls too, where when I pick up on the first ring, the caller says they waited 6 rings or more. I temporarily unlinked my numbers, and got instant results

yes, I use Google. Thanks for the head up, I'll try unlinking
