because i don't
i didn't even know there was multiplayer till my friend showed me on his vibrant and i was like "why dont i have that???" we both purchased it from the gameloft online store

im almost through the whole game and eliminations were hell!
i was stuck on the san fran elimination forever
but what i do is just slam into another cars side into the walls
or i drive by them side by side and use a boost
I beat Asphalt 5 about a week ago, the eliminations are a pain. What I did was take out the last place car from the start, and every time he gets back to speed, keep ramming him. Worked for me YMMV of course. Finally unlocked the Gumpert, but I never found the 'secret menu' that I've seen online.

i just beat it 5 mintues ago!!
i didnt know the gumpert was the unlocked secret thing till you just posted it haha
So I just finished the game..
It looks like multiplayer is not avalible for android yet, from what I can tell at www.gameloftlive.com ..bummer.

I erased it after i installed NFS Shift.

eliminations are easy, just ram them into the wall...
and i backed everything up with MyBackupPro, flashed a new firmware, restored, game didnt need to download stuff or anything but no savegame data? not even a folder for savegame in first place and nowhere to load career or anything ingame?
does it pull from online ?

You just have to change the acceleration to manual and stand your car on a narrow road where you know all cpus must pass by then the'll be slammed to wall after hitting your car. That's how I cheated (but it's not really cheating right? because that's how cop's cars do it on the Escape levels).
I just beat the game, unlocked the last Ferrari Fxx at level 49, and beat all the reward, the game says there's a prize for beating all reward but I can't see anything new in the garage... Anyone knows why? I play it on my N1.

try downloading the link from a browser on your PC and transfer the apk to your phone.
You don't need to do the whole sms thing theres another page that allows you to choose the make of your phone (not the site recognising your phone) and it then brings up the free demo downloads for you to use, it's a bit of trial and error to get the games that fully work on the streak butpretty much all the nexus 1 games do work.
Edit: Just to add real football 2010 appears to be working ok also, just playing my first match now.
anybody any idea how to save progress in the game (like returning back to the last checkpoint instead of re-starting the whole mission) after stopping the game?
I just can't figure it out; pretty annoying to restart mission every time..

I downloaded it from there.
Graphics are heavily broken. A lot of artifacts, broken textures. Controls are laggy. No jump button.

Hmm really? I wonder why nobody else has reported that, it has alot of downloads I'm going to copy your post and see if anybody else had similar issues? I wonder if depends on the device you are using. Did any of the other games work ok? Thanks for your feedback by the way .

It may be the Motorola version is broken.
Other games I tried were HTC Incredible versions and worked just fine.

I talked to some people and they said graphics were fine but I think they have the Milestone though. Maybe that version dosen't work good with the Dell Streak idk. I'm glad the other games worked ok .
you get the same files no matter which device you choose. I managed to d/l sandstorm and the file was identical for droidx incredible and the other one (which I forget) I chose.
I think the 3d drivers aren't too good on the streak, so far at least.
I just gave GTA III a quick spin on the rezound and was pleasantly surprised. The rezound runs it with such ease and they really did a great job with the controls. It's still hard to wrap my mind around being able to play such a massive game on my phone. This game will be definitely taking up a lot of my free time over the coming weeks.
I can't wait to pick it up. Also, Sonic CD came out today. That was pretty much the last game I expected on a phone. You have no idea how excited I was lol. I saw it on AC and I exclaimed "what the ****? Hell yeah!"
I haven't gotten a chance to try out sonic cd yet but I'm pretty blown away with the number of awesome games hitting the android Market, and I'm pumped that I have a phone that will be able to run them all so easily.
played GTA 3 tonight and it works very well. Was suprised how fast the loads are. My accelerometer was acting wonky though so driving was a pain. Car would pull all the way to the left with accelerometer on. Going to try a soft reset and give it another go.

I too tried GTA3 tonight and was also surprised at how well it ran. I'd like to see some of my other favorite games coverted over as well. The rezound has better gaming performance than I expected.
How did you guys download this? The market keeps telling me my phone is not compatible.

You shouldn't have any issues downloading it from the market with the Rezound since it's compatible.. but if you are for some strange reason you can always log into the market in your internet browser and download it from there, you just select your device and it should start downloading to your device within minutes
I'm not having any luck. It definitely says it is not compatible with the rezound. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening or how to fix it?

dude i think that's a problem with the phone..i posted this in the issues list; certain games just don't work right. when i played NFS, the car continously turned left, and nothing i did could stop it. air penguin, the penguin goes left every time and you can't stop it..somethings wrong with the damn accelerometer
this game is amazing, also look into OnLive app for some really good games

I've had the same issues with the accelerometer, when I turn it on in GTA III it forces my car to turn left. Luckily the game isn't dependent on using the accelerometer because if it was it wouldn't be playable

I'm not sure it's the phone. I have other games that are dependent on the accelerometer and they work fine. I just tried to use it on this game, though, and it turned left constantly.

Glad to know it's not just me. Other games using the accelerometer seem to work for me, so not sure.
And it's also not showing up in my market either now. How they get it fixed.

Purchased on another device and sideloaded the apk on my note. It works but the controls are shifted a few pixels up and right. Also I'd say about 75-100 pixel wide area on the left side of the screen is a clipped blur.
Still through 10-12 teams on the campaign. Controls are shifted but super smooth. Worth the cash and sideloading lol.

Didn't even check my email for the automated reply. That sucks, really no way to complain or ask to get a compatible version. just posted to twitter. guess we'll see if anything happens with that. playing with the screwy screen isn't too bad but the controls are much more fluid on even my friends evo so i know how amazing this would be fully functional on the note.

Had it installed on my previous phone, the Desire HD. Used Titanium Backup to restore it on my Roger's Note. No issues what so ever. Plays great! Sounds great! Looks great! If it matters it is version 1.00.38. You could try Samsung Nexus or Galaxy S2.

wish the controls were smoother...i bring my ipod touch to work every day just so i have that game to play on the crapper....id much rather play it on my note but because its not setup for our screen the buttons lack functionality. i find myself clicking over and over before one works

how did you get it to install on the Note? I read if you use the gesture controls it controls almost perfectly.
just downloaded and installed the apk from the internet
why would you ever wanna play this with gestures, takes all the fun out of it and now ur stuck swiping all around the screen
im rooted so downloading and installing straight from the phone is super easy but i cant play this in this current state to frustrating
so gave the game another shot, and couldnt put it down, yes the button pressing could be a bit cleaner/smoother but the updated graphics and roster had me hooked. plus going from a small iphone/ipodtouch this game is awsome on such a big beautiful screen.

Isn't it a tilt only game ? Couldn't see anywhere to change it to onscreen controls so have kinda ignored it since
I have tried a lot of versions but cant seem to get the game working, as soon as the game starts the car takes a hard right and keeps turning which is of course the infamous steering issue. I cant seem to get it working. Anyone have any ideas? Im quite desperate to play this one.

Need For Speed works fine for me, didn't do anything special, just installed it and it worked.
Have you tried a full uninstall and re-install of the game? (I'm guessing yes, but not sure what else to suggest).
To be honest, I haven't played it in a while, so I'm not 100% sure it's currently working, but it was for sure. I'll definitely give it a whirl when I get home tonight and let you know.... from there we can see if we can figure out any differences.

So, I love blitz brigade, but you can only play on wifi. I have tried the text file, bit it doesn't allow for online play. Anyone know of a way to force it, or a way to tweak the app to allow play over 4g? Thanks

There are a few ways I saw years ago when doing a Google search for the exact same thing but I'll be damned if I can remember them, maybe you should try a Google search if you haven't already cause that's how I found it years ago.

Yeah, my Google fu is strong. One method was using wifi tether, and the other is a text file you place on the root of sd card. I have tried everything u found in Google. Game loft sucjs because I have unlimited data, I just can't play the game I want.:banghead:

I'm with you, effing Game Loft. I boycotted them quite some time ago. I use to try a lot of their games on my nook tablet. So many Damn issues with their ish. What's even better than their games, their awesome "support" team.

No guy, I havent. I beat my head against the wall, and switchex to games that would work on 4g. Wish I could be more help.
It's crazy that this app doesn't exist but maybe it's not possible with android. I had an app called 3g unrestrictor in my old iPhone cydia days. I just tried using an xfinity play app to watch videos and it only works over wifi. Absurd. Here's to hoping someone develops this.
And hopefully someone creates an app that will trick apps into thinking there is no internet connection. My modded asphalt 8 doesnt work unless I put my phone on airplane mode and/or turn off wifi and 4g.

I know this isn't exactly what you're talking about.
But when I was on t mo unlimited I use to carry a mobile
Hot spot that I got for 15 dollars on eBay and I would put my sim in it when I encountered this problem. You could probably use another phone with WiFi the same way.
It would be a little complex to swap WiFi and network connections.
