Ok, so loving my HTC S740 after changing from Qtek 8500. I know to initiate keylock you have to hold down the End Key for 2 seconds, but I am used to just closing my Qtek 8500 after a call to lock it. I also know you can activate auto keylock, but I need to keep my keys open sometimes. I would like to be able to just short press the Camera button to Keylock the phone. I have got as far as remapping the Camera button by changing the shortcut Short_Camera.lnk. Tried it by renaming Internet Explorer shorcut and it works! So far so good. But what shortcut to use or how to setup a shortcut for keyLock to remap to Short_Camera.lnk.
I know this sounds really petty, but can't wait and hold the End Key for 2 seconds every time!
Any help appreciated.
I don't know if it's possible by clean way without installing anything, but I have done this by assigning one harware button to 'turn off display' in AE Button Plus (which also locks keypad)
btw, I really like behaviour of some touchscreen htc devices where is device switched to standby by upper hardware button, and no other button can wake up device. It would be great to set up my S740 this way - anyone know if it is possilbe somehow?
Is there a way to add the keypad to home screen (not as a dialer shortcut)?
Thanks.

Didn't think of a widget.............Thanks.........
Hi all,
i was wondering if it is possible to change the trackpad / touchpad sensitivity for "tapping" (=left click).
I found myself making "left clicks"/taps quite a few times unwillingly, because the trackpad is extremely responsive in my opinion!
Does anyone know, if it will be possible (with root etc)? Was that implemented on the original EEE Pad Transformer?
Cheers
Or even disable tap-to-click... I touch the screen or use the left mouse button if I really need to use the trackpad.
At least you can turn off the trackpad completely via the shortcut over the '3' key.
What would be completely awesome is a Tasker script that disables the trackpad while typing and re-enables it afterwards!

Hi.
I'm using an Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 (with ResurrectionRemix 5.8.5 ROM / Android 7.1.2) with an "Lenovo Compact Bluetooth Keyboard with Trackpoint". There are a few problems I need your help for:
1. The mouse keys are all treated as left click. I know there is no really right-click in android. But it would be fine to have custom actions on right-click and no click action at the scroll button. If you know the Lenovo/IBM Trackpoint you know it's great for scrolling. At the moment every click on the scroll button is treated as a normal click. This behavior can be very annoying.
2. Androids default keyboard shortcuts are not easy to handle. Search key (F10) + Backspace is hard to hit without looking at the keyboard. Is there a way to customize the shortcuts?
