I managed to install it without any hassle on my rooted X10 Mini Pro. However it still needs some work, there are resolution issues - meaning that the text onscreen is virtually impossible to see. Haven't really had a chance to test out the rest of the app as I can't really navigate it with such small text.

I am thinking of buying this phone as an upgrade to my current x10 mini.
Would somebody with this phone be so kind as to go into the android market on the handset and search for "LG TV REMOTE" and tell me if it finds it?
My current x10 mini does not find it - I have been told that the screen size is too small to support the app but I am hoping the larger 3" screen will work with the app. I have also been told that the x8 works with it and this has a 3" screen too so I am hopeful.

first of all, sorry for my newbie or dumb question hehehe
I have my stock ST15a, but I had my xperia x10 mini first (I lost it, but I made a backup)
so, in my x10 mini, I had the soundrecorder.apk, but I dont remember if I could access it
then, I took the file from My backup to install it on my ST15a and for my surprise, the app is already there in android 2.3.4, so I did installed the backup, yet
QUESTIONS:
1-how do I access this app? I cant find the link!!
2-Do you recommend to replace this one for the old one of x10 mini?
3-if first is "you cant" and second is "dont recommend", what app should I install to record some sounds? 0_o (searched for some, but just found junks)

Hey there...i don't think it would be useful to do that cause even though this might not work at all because of the differences in the chipset used even if it does work the app will be older thus have lower quality and/or less features...
so i DON'T reccomend doing that....
but i do reccomend installing this app cause i had it and it's great the sound quality is awesome...

Well i bought the xperia pro yesterday, the one with a sliding keyboard (MK16a) android 2.3.3
my first question is : which xperia forum should i check for my phone ?
second question : why the hell did they put an anti-virus in my preloaded apps and can i erase it without trouble ?
I got a samsung tab 10.1 for about 2 months now, but the xperia UI, settings, and mostly everything is different from my tab so i get lost a bit.
I dl the file manager HD since i wasnt able to reach my files that i transfered from my pc, but am actually looking for tips and hints in order to understand my phone quickly.
I get mixed up with that timescape, moxier pro etc, please help me, ill be thankfull

Maybe ask to be created, or join x10 mini forum instead.
However, software is almost same as all other Xperia phones, so we can halp basically.

Like for exemple, on my galaxy tab 10.1, i got the asus mywater live wallpaper but it doesnt work on my xperia

SE Neo have a same SW and HW like a PRO, so the app witch work on SE neo will work on SE pro If u want some app for SE on this forum, search NEO
For the uninstall parts.. You can uninstall stock app by checking it at market - system app remover.. But you have to root first for this to work.

My girlfriend has a mini pro sk17a, which is the version with a 'ç' in the keyboard. Since she updated it to official ics, the cell phone really disappointed her.
I will load some custom roms, in order to see performance, but a simple question is, should any rom here in xda works with this type of keyboard.
I've read that is possible to set in the option 'Portuguese/Catalan keyboard' in a thread, but I didn't get if it was for that rom or all.
BTW, can someone suggest a rom that has little bug and a good camera? (just to start searching, mini pro has many option than my x8, I don't know how to start )

Well, my phone is my sk17i Xperia Mini Pro.... and I love the physical keyboard and it works as a phone for me. I don't mind the small screen size that much...
Although for "productivity" and "school stuff" I have a Xperia Z2 tablet. And I carry both of them with me most of the time.
Although I hate overall on-screen typing. I want to vomit every time I use an on-screen keyboard.
And as I was looking on ebay for an external mini keyboard, I remembered that I have a really good physical keyboard on my Xperia Mini Pro. And another external keyboard would be yet another device to carry with me.
So my question is... is it somehow possible to interact with my Xperia Z2 tablet using my Xperia Mini Pro physical keyboard? Software, bluetooth, wifi, OTG USB... anything goes.... Suggestions?
I know this is more than 2 years old and sadly without any answer, but I ask myself pretty much the same question, I would like to use the keyboard of my Xperia Mini Pro as bluetooth keyboard for the Amazon FireTV stick. Would be great if this was possible somehow...

Hello, I know this is a old thread, but now we have some paid apps that say that you can do this. I have nothing with the owner and did not tested it yet, but I'll leave the link below anyway. The bad news is the app only works with some OS like Android and Windows, for example. Hope it helps you.

Thanks for your reply, but at least on Amazon's FireTV Stick it does not seem to work. I sideloaded the app to the FireTV stick, startet it, but get an error-message in the first step: If I select "Tap here, find An2An Receiver from the list and enable it, confirm the pop-up dialog, then return here" > the message "Cannot launcher keyboard settings, please do it manually and come back". is shown. Also there's no real documentation, can't get it to work.
