It's working on the emulator but not on the phone. The wallpaper is using OpenGL stuff, can anyone tell me if I need NDK for this? and if there are any useful links i can look at? thanks in advance.

I'm running KaosFroyo v39 and am able to run a few live wallpapers, but not all. Is there a fix for this? I have the nexus one wallpaper apk. but it wont load. It just gives me a blank screen. It does this for many of the wallpapers. Can anyone get it to work? If so, what rom are you running?

Live wallpapers are resolution-specific and many are unable to run on the droid eris due to the slow speed.
This is very true but there is the 2.1 nexus launcher rom that allows to use the rest of the wallpapers but I doubt you would want to roll back.
I had the same problem with the Nexus live wallpaper, but then I found this thread and it is now working flawlessly.

perhaps I didnt explain my request clearly enough so I'll rephrase.
I want the bus live wallpaper included in Gaya3D without installing Gaya, until it has more customization options Gaya isnt for me. Does the bus wallpaper exist as a Live Wallper or is it exclusively built into Gaya3D?

I am hoping some friendly individual can help me. I am looking for a tutorial on how to create the spinning cube live wallpapers that display an image. I want to create a custom live wallpaper for my wife for our anniversary. I don't just want to buy a photo cube wallpaper, I want to make it myself.

I cant find the exact link right now, but go to android developers.com and then to tutorials. In the tutorials there will be a 3d cube live wallpaper.
