Please help in this issue when i make shut down for the Toshiba TG01 and then when i powered on again the mobile make master clear and align screan apear and the mobile return to master ROM without any application installed befor.
what ROM are you using? Im guessing this is probably a problem with a custom ROM. if using a custom rom it may be a bad flash. try flashing stock rom, hard reset, flash custom rom, hard reset and it should work fine.

No the bugs appear to be more random than for everyone .Possibly compounded by lemming like newbies flashing these test rom s .
You can only tell if something is wrong by testing a stock rom .
However its your choice .

u think this blaming going to help?
at least be positive and gimme a way to reset my phone like it was in package
The thing is its a test ROM at the moment and has random bugs. These random bugs can and will appear "randomly" on any phone for anyone. The link I provided you proves that your not the only one.You may have flashed it successfully 5 times before but unfortunatly this time you have been hit by the "random bugs".Its not your fault its just the way non completed ROMs are.Until they are finished these things will happen.
thanks cooza for useful information
what i couldnt understand is: i accepted ur idea about random bug but my phone was doing fine at first so why when i reset the phone that is not going to be the same?
One thing you could try is reinstall the again but on a clean device. This will mean a wipe but not just wipe/factory reset. You could format you phone of all data and therefore just maybe have a chance to get it running properly cos sometimes old ROM data left behind can cause performance problems with new ROMs as they are not always compatable.A full system wipe/install will need you to do the following.First do a titanium backup of your apps and a nandroid just in case.
1.Pass your ROM to your internal-SD
2.boot to recovery and wipe cache partition. Then go to advanced and wipe battery stats and dalvik cache.
3.go to mounts and storage and format data, system and cache.
4.factory reset.
Now your phone is completely clean of all previous data. Now install your new ROM then do a cache partition wipe.I normally do another factory reset before rebooting to avoid bootloops but thats up to you.If you get one you can pull the battery or re-enter recovery and do one.Hopefully this will help avoid the bugs in the ROM.
Hello there.
Somebody please HELP!!
Okay I have a serious problem, I'm on CheckROM V6 and lately I'm facing this problem when I change batteries, I charge them on a wall charger the original one from SAMSUNG.
When I remove the battery and put a fully charged one the date and time changed to 2:00AM , Feb-1-2000 and the device becomes laggy plus I keep getting security warnings on every web page I go to.
The problem last 5-10 minutes and then the time and date return to the network preset, I tried to uncheck the network settings, changed modems, kernels, wiping everything possible and fixing permissions..
Nothing happened.
Thank you in advance.
Reflash stock rom & see if you can reproduce the problem.
If you don't have the problem with stock, then it's a problem with the rom you're using. In that case, do a completely clean reinstall of the rom (do a factory reset first) & do not restore system apps & in particular do not restore system data. Ideally, you'd do a clean install of all your apps too.

Thanks, will try that.. But I did a full wipe and re-installed the same custom ROM I'm on and nothing changed!
I understand that. And the reason you need to test it out on stock is to see if it's a problem with that custom rom or possibly something else.

Hi!
I'm having some troubles with my DX since one week, tried a lot of manipulation and nothing is working... So I am asking you if you have any idea?
The first problem I had was the wifi that didn't "lock", it switched itself all the time from ON to OFF and opposite. The rom installed was ELEGANCIA and the recovery was TWRP. I thought it was a problem with the Rom. To try solving the problem, and because I'm curious, I installed Sense Revolution R5 and with this came my second problem...
It couldn't boot anymore, I think I did it right, not the first time I do that but we never know. And since then I'm unable to install custom Roms. The only thing that works fine is installing stock recovery, re-locking the phone and reverting back to stock using RUU, doing that the phone boots normally as when he got out of the box. But with custom Roms the phone doesn't want to boot... Where could this problem come from?
And for the wifi there is no change, it is still giving me the same bug... or sometimes I have the "activation" message without anything happening or an "error" message...
I tried disassembling the phone, as it was really dusty in it, I thought it was the problem but nope...
Thanks (sorry for my english mistakes)
Some news: unlocking, rooting and flashing custom recovery work fine.
But I tried flashing a custom kernel, and again it doesn't want to boot...
Nobody has any idea of what else I could attempt?
perhaps you aren't flashing the boot.img first?
thanks for your interest! i've just tried that once more, but nothing changes...
I have noticed though that it won't boot every time I do a system wipe. Wiping cache gives no problem, haven't tried wiping Dalvik Cache yet, and "Factory Reset" gives me a "Failed" message.
(All this using TWRP, who once worked perfectly on my phone)
EDIT: I've juste tried wiping Dalvik Cache and it doesn't give any problem... So maybe is the problem coming from the wiping of the system?
No suggestion? still having those problems... :/
Hi All,
I have a weird problem. My galaxy S2 is getting crashed when I use some apps like,
sync up with GMail, play TempleRun game etc., suddenly screen goes blank, and nothing happens. And when I restart, it crashes again during booting.
But surprisingly this crashing is not happening when I do the same while connected to external power, i.e., when it is charging.
I thought it might be with ROM, so i've flashed different ROMs like, RootBox, CyanogenMod etc., but still it is getting crashed.
Even I changed Kernels also, Dorimanx, Siyah and even base kernel which comes with Cyanogenmod too.
So any body could help me out ?
I tried to get the log, but don't know how to check/get the log where I could see the crash file/app.
Regards,
Hereticnine.

When installing a ROM.
What is the procedure you follow?
It should be this:
1) Factory reset
2) Flash ROM (Rootbox stable version 4.2 for example, make sure you check the md5 sum to make sure it is not a corrupted file)
3) Flash GApps
3) Wipe cache
4) Wipe Dalvik cache
5) Boot device, leaving everything default (kernel etc.)
Then try if everything works without crashing.

Hi,
I did a clean install with full wipe. Still I'm facing this weird crashing problem.
And crash is not happening when I'm in charging mode i.e., when S2 is connected to power cable, its happening only when I use the mobile on battery.
Regards,
Hereticnine.
You are absolutely sure this happens on a clean, full wipe factory reset etc., install?
Because if it is, I'm afraid you are facing with a hardware issue.
The battery could be broken (age, water damage, bumps) somehow for example.
If it is hardware related, to me it seems to be a failing battery (although I'm not an expert).
You could try borrowing a battery from some1 and see if the problem still exists.
Last resort is really flashing stock ROM through ODIN, maybe this will fix the issue.
If this isn't the case you should probably bring it to a service depot for repair (also why you will need to have a stock ROM on your device).
Try to flash stock ROM...see this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2365701
When I flash my new custom rom, I still didn't notice that I can't use my mobile data. When I get RR as my permanent rom, when I checked the mobile data, it's not working anymore. I tried flashing every rom, but it's not really working. I tried all solutions, APN, factory reset, efs everything! But it's not working. I reverted back to the stock rom, and it's working. Flash a new rom and it will no longer work. What do you think is the problem?
