How You can reset the counters of calls?

Hi,
1. On some incoming calls my mobile(P3400) hangs and im not able to attend call. i need 2 soft reset mobile and call them back.
2. Some time my friends tell me that they have been calling me for more than twice and im not getting any call alert from them.
Is there any solution
All my recent sms have been / are being lost.
Almost all recent sms..upto 4 days sms have been lost at a single soft reset.i dont know y is this happening!
Need help to restore as well as to prevent this
I factory reset, but my Gear S doesn't alert me to messages anymore??
Hi all, got this weird thing happen to my phone where no incoming calls are allowed. They go straight to voice mail.
Do not disturb is off
call forwarding is off
move sim to another phone and it works
factory reset phone 2x
checked any other setting and app on the phone and I just cant get it to work. If I use t-mobile DIGITS on the phone I can receive incoming calls through that app.

Whenever i receive incoming calls and i answers it, the phone still stays in "incoming call "(it happend randomly) i did a soft reset with the device ,anybody had the issue ?/
I have android 10 installed official the device is not rooted.
