Hi,
I'm trying to debrand my X10 using the flash tool. I downloaded the tool and the generic firmware from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=683793 I followed the guide provided with the flas tool but after starting the x10 in boot mode i get this:

what am i doing wromg?
"read filed: checksum err" - perhaps it is a checksum error in your firmware?
try downloading firmware again or from another source.
planning to debrand my
neo using the same method
but i want confirmation
that method above is
usable.

and i got this error message and my phone will not trun on.i install all the dirvers come with flashtool and install pc campanion. when i connect the phone with flash mode,driver installing box appear and it said "semc driver fail to install and device unplug".

try to repair via seus or pc companion or try to download different firmware and then try again

In Wipe uncheck all boxes and in exclude select all except baseband, look this screen shot

I have 2 roms
Can you suggest a ROM file for me or Give me things that I can do to avoid the error?
I have many Sp flashtools version but none worked
I have mt65xxx drivers installed But can you give me an alternative?
Any recommendations are accepted
I really need to restore it badly
Sp flashtool detects it but is always stuck at red line 100%
Now I am trying to download new firmware and hoping.

Hello guys, I tried to root my phone and something went wrong and my phone stopped booting and stopped going into recovery menu etc.

Bootloader don't allow for downgrade so you'll have to flash same or higher firmware version that was previously on the phone.
