Hi guys,
I have a problem with You Tube videos.I can't get them to work on my TG01.Followed instructions by the letter (Core Player, flash plugins etc.) but no use.
When I go to You Tube,I can see the list of videos, but when I click on one,no player window shows up,only the title and related videos below. There wasn't no problem with my previous HTC Trinity for e.g.
Does anyone knows how to resolve this?
Try skyfire or use youtube app.
You Tube app doesn't work either.
Downloading Skyfire now...
"Note: Skyfire 1.x is not available in your country."
Unfortunately, only Android Skyfire is available atm.
serbia, brate...
Upravo tako...jbn futrolu sam morao da narucim iz Engleske i to preko prijatelja,da mi posalju jer naravno klasicno online narucivanje ne radi za Srbiju...blago nama.

Okay so I have WM6.1 installed via a pampooh rom and I have had this problem of any movie or videos I try watching, I get this error
"Alert
The source filter for this file could not be loaded"
It does this on every kind of video I watch, even with recorded videos.
Does anyone know how to reinstall WMP or how to fix this problem

What device are you using?
Could you let us know an example URL (video) where you are seeing this problem?

Hallo everybody,
I am not able to display Vimeo video's at my Samsung Galaxy S2(ICS - 4.0.3. - not rooted).
I installed other browsers like Dolphin, Opera, Chrome, but nothing works. The video's are suites for mobile devices.
I stille get the error "This video can't be played with your current setup. Please switch to a browser that providers native H.264 support or install Adobe Flash Player.".
I can't install Adobe Flash Player, because it is't compatible with the S2.
What can I do? Is it possible to play Vimeo video's on the S2?
Johanna

Hi Yanekx,
You also have to enable the mobile option at your video in Vimeo.
Good luck!

What about videos that are hosted on Vimeo but are embeded on another site like tumblr . Those wont work either. I have the latest flash player from the adobe archive, installed the latest Mozilla Firefox browser (said to be able to play H264 encoded videos), Opera (not the mini version) and ... urgh .. Chrome, yet still ... my S II wont run the videos. Tested on a HTC, they work flawlessly. I use Vodafone stock 4.0.4 ROM, non rooted. I did see however that on one Vimeo forum, one of the "staff" guys said that they are currently working on this issue (working that has been going on for apparently a year or so) but still no ETA on when it will be solved.

Hello,
Bad news for older phones:
news/youtube-app-to-no-longer-support-older-tvs-or-ios-devices/
What are the future opportunities to use youtube?
I cant find any, i tried standard youtube app, youtube mobile application ver 2.4.4,
core player. All thease not working anymore.
When use m.youtube, opens Streaming Media app, is it play youtube, but very low quality.
Perhaps there is some way to use youtube hereinafter normal quality?

You can flash WP 7.8 ROM, because there is nothing more alvaliable on WM 6.5. Look at HD2 Windows Phone 7 section for more infos. Also you can flash Android. Hope this helps.
Bojan
Actually i have HTC MINI HD, cant use WP 7.8 ROM. (accidentally wrote the HD2 topic)
Is it really one last option to use Android?
Wp7.8 is step backwards over WM6.5.5
I use ninjaducks opera10 with flash support for everything video related as tend use my HD2 like I do a laptop & hate separate aps for youtube etc.
Any ideas how we can still use youtube on our winmo devices? Maybe we can program an app?
