Can Android 3.2 be downgraded back to 3.1?
Yes, just installed a rom through clockworkmod, have alook at the top link in the development section.
Yup. Got a new recovery (under the DEV forum theres a tutorial to get root - half of it explains how to get recovery).
Install a 3.1 version.
However, unless you take a recommended custom rom, I wouldn't recommend downgrading.

if you are rooted and had taken nand backup before upgrade, you can nand backup the current ROM and restore the 3.1.

hey guys please somebody help me i updated my phone to the leaked version of ics and is stock i lost my root acces and i can't restore apps because i did the backup with titanium backup. also the firmware have a lost of bugs
You're on the leaked version.
You're on the stock.
You lost root.
You can't install any app.
You don't like the firmware.
So what do you plan to do? return to stock GB or return the phone to AT&T?

Bootloader unlocked, rooted, running baseband vrall4, can someone explain to me how to update or do I need to flash back to stock?
Just download the new radio and flash it in recovery.

If you're talking about updating the OS, I believe there is a rooted stock ROM in the development section, if not you can use another ROM that has been updated with the latest OTA.

Once you download the VRAMC3 baseband, put it on your external SD card then boot into TWRP recovery, click install and then find the zip file for the bew baseband. Flash away.
Its always a good idea to check the md5sum of the download for the file or it could end up bad.
Thanks for your reply!

If you are s-off you can back up, restore stock allow the upgrade flash recovery then restore your backup. Check the discussion in the q&a thread.
Note: your risk but it worked for me.
