Install xRecovery, then go to one of the CM6 threads in the mini pro threads, make sure you have the right baseband then just flash the ROM.
Do you guys have a link to the latest stock from Sony for the Mini Pro ? I mean the rom from Sony with 0 modification ? I want to start cooking from scratch...

why do you not use sony pc companion for flashing online to stock rom ?
