htc hd2 linux boot problem - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hi i was trying to boot linux and when i open haret it starts and stops at "jumping to kelner" waited like 30min but nothing where is the problem

try to put your files in Android folder and if it's already done, put in on the root of the sd-card

i tried just to run android (without linux in that folder) and i get same thing Jumping to klener but the the scren goes completly black and the led indicator glows orange both andriod and ubuntu folders are on root of the memory card my card is 8gb class 4 filesystem fat so i think its worthless to try to run ubuntu form the android folder? and i must mention that my radio is 2.07 and im on stock rom

instaled radio 2.12 now it boots linux for 1min so fast and ubuntu is awsome the thread can be closed now

[Q] How to install & boot WM6.5 on NAND from MAGLDR112

Is there such possibility to install WM6.5 on NAND by MAGLDR112? This will allow dual boot of Windows form NAND and running of android from SD card directly from MAGLDR without starting first the WM6.5.
As of now, there is not. wp 7 and android is possible but wm 6.5 is not, this is due to the fact that one NEEDS to be on sd and there is no sd wm 6.5 roms. You can dual boot wm 6.5 on your phone and android from the sd card
I do not want to boot WM6.5 from SD. Let it to be installed on NAND and android to be installed on SD card. But I wold like MAGLDR to be installed as well and start windows or android directly from MAGLDR menu. So no need to start first windows and after that start android. Android must start directly from MAGLDR menu.
There is no way to do that
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
Install * THIS *.
Basically the phone boots up partially into WinMo and then this program kicks in and gives you the option of either WinMo or Andriod (SD). If you don't select anything with in the 5 seconds it will boot as per the previous boot.

[Q] early boot messages

Hello,
I had UrukDroid 0.7 working on an Archos43. It was booting but now it can not boot from the microSD card. Is there any way to access the serial console or display the boot message to get an idea of what may be wrong?
If you remove the microSD card it will eventually boot the original Android installation.
You have Urukdroid 1.0 ?
I don't know whether there is a function that show you what goes wrong...
Im not sude, but maybe theres an app for this, but if you install it on normal Archos Android Os
it dont "record" the boot of Urukdroid
Moved to proper forum

Stuck on detecting Android-x86 after switching from usb to ide

A few days ago i installed remix os to my 40gb hdd (not primary hdd) via a hard drive case that puts ide through usb. After i installed remix, i booted back into windows and used rmx tools to expand my data partition to 34gb and then i went back to remix and everything worked fine. i installed google services and rebooted a few times and everything was still working. then, to get better performance out of it, i plugged the 40gb hdd back into my motherboard via the ide cable. Now whenever i try to boot into remix again it gets stuck on "detecting android-x86" and won't do anything else. The hard drive status light also stops. I've tried plugging my install usb into the computer when it gets stuck but that does nothing. Any help? my specs are
Intel core 2 duo @2.8
ati radeon 4760 gpu
asus p5ql mobo
250gb hdd (primary)
40gb hdd formatted in ntfs (so i could have 34gb of data)
Seems like it can't read the data partition or something, I don't know how you installed this but maybe you should get a linux distro running first, that makes it so much easier to manage Remix OS see http://forum.xda-developers.com/rem...buntu-mint-t3311865/post65243289#post65243289 for example
You can also try to add the boot option DATA_IN_MEM=1 to see if it boots up

I installed it from a 16gb flash drive to the hard drive. Where do I add that boot option?
I have installed stable lineage OS 14.1 on my PC. but before the last logo of the is shown it says (Detecting Android-x68.................................................... found at /dev/sdb3)
console:/#(...........................................)
I don't know what to write after (console:/#)
Can anyone help me with this.
I appreciate that...

Again not booting

This time i am using HP 15 laptop with 1Tb HDD (32Gb Separate partition for RemixOS), 8Gb RAM, Intel i5, Windows 10 Professional and 2Gb AMD Graphic Card. I downloaded the latest version on Remix OS from Jide.com released on 20/4/2016. Went to the proper instructed installer and everything went perfect but now the problem arises. Installer asked to restart and select RemixOS at boot prompt. It went good but every time hangs at REMIX OS booting logo screen. i am also attaching the screen at which it hangs. please help.
P.S the image attached was the earlier issue.
