If you want to change the look of your phone, download beautiful widget and adw launcher.
For sms download handcent or chomp
For phonebook, download phonebook 2
For dialer download touch pal.
For office docs and pdf viewing, download document to go.
If you have rooted you phone, download root explorer
Even if you have not rooted your phone download root explorer or astro for file system browsing
For internet browsing download opera mini.
What else you need? Head to x10 mini apps and themes forum for more apps and info

Hi there!
Can someone tell me, how to install ADW launcher after I done the 2.1 update? Cos I had already mess up my X10 after the 2.1 update, now the phone had sent back to manufature for repair....
http://jbthemes.com/anderweb/
download barcode scanner and scan the QR code on this site and it will take you directly to the adw launcher app in the market.
I just updated my phone to 2.1 and my adw.launcher was a bit monged, I uninstalled it and then went to the market only to find its not there!!
When I scan the barcode it opens up my browser, not Market application.
EDIT:
got it to work now.
I had to remove the Skyfire browser first. Now when I scan it connects to the market.
its probably because I had Skyfire set as the default browser (didnt know how to set it back to not being the default, so quicker to just remove it)
hello mini fans~
having an x10 mini. question.
i installed apk apps.
transferred files from pc to sd.
and then used astro to install the files.
however, how do i make the apps show in the market??
i have the same problem, not all my app installed directly from the market are shown...
as for downloaed .apk i assume it will never shown on the market..
will it never ever show??
i do not have this problem of apps downloaded from app market not showing.
do you have appbrain? appbrain does show every app you have..
With for example titanium backup i think you can force market links. But never testet before, so I am not sure about it...

Well i force market links with titanium backup & works just fine for me.
P.S. I use the pro version, don't known if that matter.
sex10mini 2.1.1
Well i recently received my invitation to Google music, currently uploading my ja-massive(yes that's a word) collection to Google Music so that itself is going to take forever.
However my x10 Mini Pro can't install the app from the market (it just doesn't show) although I know I can just download and install the apk , it's not the only app I'm looking for which won't show on x10 MP market place, I am currently using GingerDX v007 ROM , upgraded from Slade's CM6 v5.0 ROM , now on that ROM I had my market app unlocked, I could install apps whether they FC'ed on device constantly or not including Google music, YouTube remote and many others. Only problem is i forgot how the hell I done it can anyone help? I remember getting it from somewhere and I'm pretty sure it wasn't one of those market switchers (switch it to American market place) because I attempted that and it still didn't show the Google music app. i think it's something i add to the build.prop but I'm probably wrong! help someone thanks in advance!
I'd rather have the official app downloaded off of the store for future updates rather than reinstalling apk's all the time.
Come on please help
Tried Market enabler?
send from my X10miniPro
well link to it doesn't work and i live in UK so i can access paid apps, i have tried that other app where you access markets from different countries that's no good to me though.
seems, that Google-Music doesn't install on qvga-Devices (but works on mini pro). Anyone can fake the resolution of our x10 minipro for the market?
hello live in GR and i have many ''hiden apps'' on the market so if you remember how you did that please tell us here cause market enabler or market unlocker didn't work...
Hey I have a question..maybe it's stubid but...is there any way to ''fake'' the market and make it think that it is(x10 mp) another device so we can see all the apps and isntall them even they fc??
search for the apk on other sites and install maybe?
I am unable to get internet access for my installed apps. I am able to browse through default browser and opera mini, suggesting that my internet connection is working fine. However, none of my apps are able to access it. I cannot use Play Store or youtube. I cannot even login to either twitter or facebook via their apps. Please help me.
I am using Nexus One on stock Froyo. Phone is rooted.

Apn problem. I had it too. Contact your provider and they will tell you to make a new apn and instruct you what to type in the settings of the apn. Its the only way to solve this

I don't know about you guys, but I used to have all app links (play store links, youtube links, etc.) and downloads start in the stock browser by default in MIUI 6, with no way to open them in app. After posting on the MIUI english forums, I found a temporary workaround.
You'll have to uninstall the stock Browser app (I prefer Chrome anyway). Then clicking on app links or download links will give you the app chooser dialog.
(If you are unwilling to uninstall your stock Browser, move on...I can't help you...)
For this, you'll need root access (if you got MIUI 6 you're on the Dev fw, and have root access anyway). Use an app with root uninstaller capabilities (I use ES File Explorer)
(Oh, and the stock Browser will get reinstalled after every update, so you'll have to repeat this every week till the Xiaomi devs actually fix this)
EDIT: 4.9.26 update DID NOT reinstall Stock Browser for some reason...didn't have to do all this again!
Freeze/Disable
For me, It reinstalls the stock browser at every boot/reboot. Hence, uninstalling didn't solve the problem.
The only solution I've found so far is to Freeze the app using Titanium Backup. (needs Donate version)
Let me know if the app can be freezed using some other free app. Thanks
You can also set chrome as default in setting..that way you don't need to uninstall stock browser
Setting Chrome as default doesn't help. It will still open external links in stock browser.
Please try to understand the problem @sbr
That is why we are having a discussion here. Freezing is the only solution.

even with chrome set as default the stock browser will still intercept certain types of links. usually those shortened links for youtube, maps, play store.
i did the same too. uninstall after every reboot

Freezing default browser does the job.
