HEY i had this sd card in my phone for less then 3 months and my phone was freezing and all that stff but finnally today i master reset my phone and when i turn it on it told me to format phone i plug it in with my computer and tried to backup everything and when i open the sd card icon on my computer it said that i have to format it so i did it and it said me that "cant format this device" so i placed sd card into my phone and i finally was formatted and now after all this thing now there is no sd card on my device :i have it in but can read while it says me to format it : anybody can help ?????????????
Had the same problem with the phone not recognizing sd card (after trying to format card). However, after updating the ROM, put the card back in, and all was back to normal. You might try a hard reset, but with the card removed.
i got huawei u8100 . without any reason my sd card stoped working and my phone make reboot for ever and not stopping . i went to clockworkmod it doesnt recognize my sd card at all. also i tried to use sd card reader on my computer also doesnt recognize it . any help
Probably a bad/corrupted sd card.
You can try and format it again on you pc (use a program like sd formatter)
If that don't work you just need a new sd card.

I own a Samsung Galaxy S iii and I have insterted a Micro SD 8GB Card, which I was using for quite a while.
The other day, while on a trip and taking pictures, the SD Card got full and from that instant forward the phone stopped recognised it for some reason. It gives the following message: - SD Card Blank or it has an unsupported file...
I have also used an adapted to connect it on the computer, but the pc does not recognise it either.
Therefore, my question is: Is there some way I can retrieve the data (pictures) from the SD Card?

Download the sd formatting tool and use your pc to full format the card, if that doesn't work then bin it and buy a new one.
As for the data, the file allocation table probably corrupted when the card was filled. If you search on Google there are programs for the pc that might repair parts of it but I doubt you will get much back, it's like trying to unscramble eggs.

before formatting your sd just try mounting the sd card on your pc with some sd card connectors.

Unfortunately the computer does not recognise the card at all, therefore i guess I have lost all the data..

You can try data recovery software might work

Hello...my SD card was running normally on my gs3...yet this morning I had this notification "no sd card" something like that ...I couldn't enter neither to my files nor to my songs and photos....its like no sd card there !!!! try take out the sc card shut down the phone set it back in an start the phone
I was mounting my sd card to the pc then it said it cant read the disk and do you want to format it, it was a brand new sd card so i decided to format it but i didnt i just formatted my entire system phone.
