So I recently installed bionix final rom, and I wanted a differnt battery icon. So I found a thread. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=756441
I flashed the circular mod thru clockwork everything went fine. But the phonecomes on to the point of my lock screen but it says searching in the top right hand corner and when I try to unlock it, it says Sorry TwLauncher(process com.sec.android.app.twlauncher) has stopped unexpectedly. Thanks in advance!!
Alomost forgot, I can get into recovery, It takes me to the screen where I can either reboot, reinstall packages, or wipe user data. Rebootin doesnt help at all.

I tried installing this today. My eris has been rooted and working correctly on plane jane and I was told this would be a better rom to use. so I used rom manager and installed KaosFroyo V38. now all i get is errors and my eris does not work. I try rebooting and going into recovery but i can not scroll down. all the options I have is to hit the power button and reboot. I get the lock screen fine but as soon as I unlock the phone I get 'the application autokiller memory optimizer has stopped unexpectedly. please try again. and all I can do is force close. I have spent all day looking for a fix and I am stuck. I do not get any icons to show up. how can I do a full wipe?
User Scary Alien has posted a version of Amon's Recovery that does not require the trackball. See here: http://androidforums.com/eris-all-t...2-custom-recovery-trackball-not-required.html
OMG! Thank you so much! it worked and everything seems to be running great now, I was a little worried there. Thanks again. now I need to go reinstall everything
Alright i just flashed to it. I get the toolbar on the top and pitch Black underneath. I constantly get a "Sorry, The process.andriod.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. please try again."
I cant do anything or see anything except the bar. and my pass code that i have to type to unlock.....
What do i need to do to get it to work nicely completely? a complete data wipe??
If you flashed to it from a different ROM, not just an update, then yes a full wipe is likely necessary, even if it is an update it's not a bad idea. I'd redo everything, start from scratch including a new download.
I managed to get my phone running Freex10, went to install a custom theme and reinstalled xrecovery, but i FORGOT to install busybox again.
Now the phone will not launch xrecovery. When I get to the lock screen all looks good until i try and unlock the phone. Then it comes up with infinite notifications telling me that every process has stopped unexpectedly. The phone will also sit at the lock screen for a minute or so, then it looks like its trying to relaunch the OS. It will do that in an infinte loop. Also, it shows no network connectivity when its in the lock screen state.
The only thing I can do it pull the battery and start all over.
I would be very appreciative if someone could help me recover my phone as I dont know how to fix it without getting usbdebugging going.
don´t worry just restore the last firmware with flashtool if you don´t know how this is the post what you need

I have been trying to add a rom to my lg optimus-t for pretty much the whole afternoon. I rooted it fine but when I tried to install AmunRa to make a recovery but that failed that was ok though since the ROM I ended up choosing asked for a different recovery system. The ROM I chose to use ciaox's openoptimus build
So I installed ROM Manager and did a recovery with clockwork mod, everything seemed fine until I loaded the clockworkMod and got E: bad boot message "recovery" I decided to continue anyways and followed the steps and when I finished part one it actually booted up, but I was unable to see any icons. All I was able to see was the lock screen and the network manager bar at the top.
There is a second part so I thought maybe if I went through all of the steps it would fix itself. It was all going great until I got to phase 2 #16 because it just wouldn't do it and the error message I got was "you cannot program the qcsbl header without the partition". in my infinite wisdom (dun dun dun) I decided to re-install everything, went to the recovery file and nothing happened, said it didn't exist. I had the rom so I decided to wipe the phone again and re-install it, now it doesn't even load and I realized I should have stopped to re-install somethings in the beginning.
Thankfully the clockworkMod recovery still boots and I have all functionality there(Well except for the recovery), so is there anyway for me to get 2.2 and install that into my phone to start all over again? A quick answer would be awesome, sorry for the novel, TIA.
Edit: got the rom up and running again, but I am back at the :"The Application settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" stage where I get the full unlock screen and the top bar that work, the emergency dialer still works as well. I tried doing phase2 again and following the instructions, but the phone goes into emergency mode and shuts off. At this point I'm thinking of trying another more simple ROM where I dont have to change the basebands, does that sound like a good idea?
Hello everyone!
I'm having some trouble right now, My phone was updated with the AT&T update because my phone prompted me about the update. I updated my phone and successfully updated the phone. I installed all of my backup apps from Titanium back, but when I restarted my phone after the apps were installed my phone booted up but said that NFC stopped working dailer stopped working, basically everything was not working - i couldnt even do anything with the phone. What I did was I tried doing a factory reset via TWRP but it didn't work. I also cleared the Dalvik and Cache but didnt work either.
I locked my bootloader and thought I would flash the RUU for my device. everything went fine untill the RUU displayed an "unknown bootloader version". I tried downloading the RUU again but it didnt seem to work.
I installed Elegancia through ADB install went through perfectly untill I reboot into the phone the HTC screen with the white background does not go anywhere. I occasionally get a pop up that says "stopped responding would you like to stop the program". I downloaded the Mongoose custom rom for my phone, again install went fine no problems. but once again when I boot into the phone I still get stuck on the HTC white background. This time the phone has a black screen with the status bar with the icons of the battery time and an x on the signal icon then the phone restarts.
What is going on with my phone? How can I reinstall an OS and get my phone working again?
any help would be greatly appreciated!
Since you have done the update, you will have to flash the ROM of this thread, everything you need to know is in this post.
