Sorry buddy, but you don't have hardspl and that is your problem, so you have to do the hardspl again.

Hi buddy, try this
1. Copy the sspl 1.16 to your phone.
2. Turned the phone off.
3. Removed sim and sd-card
4. Turn on the phone and launched sspl 1.16
5. Connect on computer and usb appears.
6. Running hardspl 1.22

You have to flash the hardspl from your computer (same procedure as flashing a rom) while your phone is conncted to your computer and not try to run or launched it from your phone.

Just do as I wrote above and don't try to use another Hardspl which is not ment for your device, because error 244 means that you have used the wrong RUU to do the upgrade.
If you have trouble's to flash the hardspl 1.22 just do it from the bootloader to get in the bootloader is turn your device off and turn it on while pressing the on/off button and the camera button on the same time.
Now you are in the bootloader (it's a 4-coloured screen with some text) connect your phone on your computer, phone must stay in bootloader and then flash Hardspl 1.22 from your computer.
That will do the trick.

What is the IPL and SPL?
If the wiki where up, I'd suggest looking at that, but as it is I'll explain it now...
What ROM where you attempting to upgrade to?
To get the device back, I would say "Read the wiki" but it's down!!!
Download this ROM.
In ActiveSync, disable "connect through USB" (File->Connection Settings).
Put the device into bootloader (the three coloured screen) and connect it to the computer using the USB cable.
Run the file you downloaded earlier. This should then install a new ROM.
From there, just wait for it to finish.
Now, it should work!
From there, you could re install the Orange WM5 ROM, or try upgrading to WM6. Make sure you read all the relevant guides first!

hi again brothers, pal zerocool. first u must unlock ur device to be able to accept any rom after that and solve pproblems.
first flash this rom its offecial and it solve dead prophet problems.
then make hard spl by program open file called hardspl.bat.
make hard reset.
flash ur rom u want.
make hard reset again.
then enjoy.
i uploaded the hardspl program but i couldnt upload the rom its so big so u can look in ur mail u will find the solution.
u can extract file by any program for zip.and tell me the news

Dead prophet
Hi guys,
I have been using a sh... Nokia sine I broke my prophet G4 in december by upgrading the OS.
I had downgraded first to NVID and then I tried to upgrade and it fails at 95%.
Sine this day, my prophet seem totally dead, no light when plug on both charger or computer, windows do not recognize at all the device because it is turned off. And it really do not seem to charge...
I am living in China now and a guy told me I had to change the PB board...The ost is 100Euros, but I am almost sure I an find another solution...
The weird thing is I cannot charge it at all ( I mean no lights but does it charge a little?).
The guy tested my prophet with another battery and in that ase, it is stuck on the bootloader.
We tried several roms and it always fails at 95% and the error is 200 something, maybe 245 or 243, I do not remember sorry...
Is my phone hardware is dead? or it is just a software problem and I did not see the right guy?
Do I need to buy a new battery? I have read that sometimes the device is not able to recognize it even if it the offiial one and even if it is working on another device...
PLease help me I don't want to loose this phone that I've been using for almost 3 years...
Otherwise I will switch to an iphone but I am not sure to be as happy than I was with my prophet.

Can it enter bootloader at all?
If yes, what are the IPL and SPL?
If not, it will be a hardware problem (may just be connectors to the battery but may be something more).
the only way of recovery is using jtag
but 1st we must discover the location of jtag pins on motherboard
I just do not know because with my actual battery, anything is possible....
when I tried with the guy and a new battery it was blocked on the bootloader, but don't remember the IPL and SPL...sorry
I may be right about the battery onnectors though, but the problems seem to be from the phone connectors or the battery it self???

Hi guys,
I've got a very big problem with my Jamin G4.
When I insert the SD Card (2G no HC), the phone shows me that something happened (the backlight turns on) but the pone doesn't show it in File Explorer and in Settings -> Memory -> Storage Card says: Not installed.
I read all forum about this problem and I didn't found anything to work. I formatted the card Fat, Fat32 and nothing. I have 2 friends with 2 same Jamins where i tested the card. It is installed ok, no problems. So the card it's ok, it's new
The problem is at my pda. When I got the pda, I did Hard SPL from Update_Package but I didn't know that first u have to run "HardSPL.bat" so , for real I didn't HardSPL but I didn't know that at that time, and I tried to install a WM6.1 Rom. Off course I get error and I recovered the phone with RUU-Prophet-G4-AKU2.2-2.20-2.47.21-Jester-r1.exe . I noticed that my IPl/SPL has changed when I installed the Jester's ROM. After that, I did a proper HardSPL and installed a WM6.1 rom.
After that, I bought this SD Card and noticed that doesn't work. I thought that the problem was with the changed IPL/SPL so I installed a WM5 rom from Imate.com to change them back but didn't worked.
I don't know what to do anymore. I still belive that the problem is software and not hardware but I don't manage to fix it.
Any suggestions please?

Flash again or Flash other rom....
I flash it with original ROM from imate.com, I flash it with RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe , I flash it with your roms, Gullum, etc and nothing.
My IPL/SPL changed from 1.xx to 2.20.xx and nothing .. I don't know what to no more .. I have one question though:
Is the any posibility to be a hardware problem even if, when i insert/pull out the card, the light turn on?
If u have other sugestions, please tell me .. maybe others had the same problem .. thank you!

that is normal reset if you don't have the SD config. file made in the SD card,
did you ever try other SD card? if same, mostly will be hardware problem.....

I have thee same problem and I know the perfect roms for it

bcuz some roms work fine like ur "1d" -not "1d storm"

i have a dopod 830 which has same SD card issue, my solution is to delete or rename wifiinit.lnk from \windows\startup folder and do a soft reset. this is becasue dopod 830 has no wifi modual, when it starts up, wifiinit may prevent SD card funtion normal.
not sure if this can fix your problem, but worth a try. wish you luck.

The problem is with the spl. In order to flash roms that are not for your device you need hspl. Your spl is only 2.08.0000, you need to change this to 2.08.hspl.

No need for ActiveSync. Put phone in bootloader (tri-colour), connect to pc and when device shows usb in the bootm section of the screen run the hspl app again. Choose 2.08.hspl and all will be fine.

thats correct
you must go into bootloader mode, start the the tool and then u can install it(push and hold volume down+turn on the phone)

Load spl 2.08.hspl by running the hspl2 tool. Once that is successful (check in bootloader again to see that it has successfully installed) then you can flash to the rom of your choice.

Enter bootloader and supply all of the info you see there.
Actually you can't do much wrong. just connect the to your pc and then use the brilliant hspl2 to hack your spl on the phone, and then you can reflash the rom....
I have had same symptoms, tried everything... then....
Finally I have noticed that I can't flash through USB because on my micro-sd card I have placed LEOIMG.nbh which caused HSPL error 0028002
Before you flash remove micro-sd.
I hope my experience will help.

Hi, I have also this problem. I tried to install the stock rom but during it an error occured and it stopped before finished. Then there is the triangle and "software update failed". My spl says that I have the version 3. and something and also when I try to run the hspl.exe an error occurs that says that a file RAPi.dll cannot be found and then it waits for usb connection and finaly an error occurs "cannot connect".
Please could someone help me ? WHat am I doing wrong ? Or what should I do ?

I have an HD2 512MB.. with a test rom ver..SPL 0.64 i canno't find an official rom or something to boot up.. i have tryed to instal a normal rom (official) and after 92 % freez .. now it's blocked on "update mode" 3 colors display .. i do |Hard|Sof|Reset .. and nothing.. please help with my SN ht97mnw00210 i can't find a rom.. you will probably need a goldcard, though even then i am not sure.
You may be able to flash with SSPL, certainly HSPL will not work.
Try and PM a user called xmoo, he seems to know a LOT about test models.
Plug in the USB cable and connect it to your computer.
Install HSPL
Install Radio ROM (if using a custom ROM)
Install ROM (standard ROMs include the Radio ROM)
Ignore the fact that it requests that you have to have ActiveSync/WDMC connected device, as bootloader mode gets around that.
Please read * THIS * - then read it again before doing anything.
Your phone isn't bricked. Just take you time and your phone will be working fine.

--d: Look for 00001001 double click it and change the setting from 2 to 1
--e: Reboot the HTC LEO

this is for finding the sd card serial, doesnt need to be YOUR phone, can be any phone, or a laptop with sd card reader, or pc with pci bus sd card reader
SSPL - Is posible to flash with sspl .. but i don't find a clearly NooB theard ..

put rom.nbh in folder, put sspl.exe in same folder, boot to bootloader, connect to usb, run sspl

With official rom 92% With custom rom 0%
oh well, worth a try.
when i want to update with official rom after 4% my phone vibrate shortly.. it's ok ?
I don't get it why all the prototypes are in east europe.
The issue is the Radio. Radio 1.x doesn't let you upgrade.
Flash this rom: http://s1.moghtader.net/LEO/PROTHREE/CID/RUU_Leo_HTC_WWE_0.67.405.1_Radio_Daily_1550_Debug.zip
Make shure the phone boots up, and then flash this: http://s1.moghtader.net/LEO/PROTHREE/CID/RUU_Leo_Radio_20090818_transition.zip
This will update the radio, after this you can flash whatever you want.

Now you have to flash this rom : http://www.shipped-roms.com/shipped...Radio_Signed_15.30.50.07U_2.06.51.07_Ship.exe
After this you can flash HSPL and flash custom rom.

my gene showing
3 Color screen
and this msg

DONT POWER OFF!
PLS .UPADTE NEW IMAGE NOW!
And in the white band RE-FORMATTING OK!
pls help me to fix it
also i try to install other ROMs but they all not work .

Any official ROM can not be flashed directly you must go through this process

You must remove spl.nb,gsm.nb and other .nb files but not os.nb because they will mess up with your device's spl and bricks it.
Since you have already flashed this ROM, unfortunately you've bricked your device.......
So, i would suggest you to patch your SPL via this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=472169 and then try to flash custom made ROMs.
Other way is to remove that bad flashed spl.nb file but don't know the method to do it....
I have always used the Orefkov method for flash it but This time my downloaded ROM was a Installation file and i dont use orefkov method just Got connected to usb and run this file but after 2% my gene restarted and Revealed this msg :
