There is no front camera so, no you can't.
Although I read there are some apps that do videocall from back camera...
Although then it's no videocall anymore you can't look at the screen and be on the camera at the same time.
In theory, we can use the mirror, but that may be strange.

Now I found some apk for video calls, they said can "switch to the back camera to show what’s around you".
But I'm not tried yet so I don't know about another more details.
And I don't know it can be worked on X10 mini.

Hi, just download yahoo messenger so you can using video call I think is the best app. I been using for a long time. This is my advice.

Two way call recording is Legal in my country.
So my ST15i is running Hybrom v11 with Rage kernel v2.3 .
Rage kernel v2.3 supports two way call recording.

I am not talking about chat using skype or gtalk.
My fathers Galaxy S gives option to make video call or normal call when i open contact details.
Is this feature available on these phones.

No. Of all android phones, only samsung phone with its stock rom had the ability to do videocall not using internet data connection like those on old nokia or sony dumbphone.

It wont work... Android natively does not supports UMTS Video Calls...

mini pro and live walkman supports video call...
ATM mini pro supports video calls though skype..
by any chance can't the developers do some hacks to the stock rom/or make a customized rom/kernel (i doubt the current customized roms/kernels don't have that feature) to add native video calling capability?

I used to send mp3(songs) on whatsapp on my stock ROM.. But, now after flashing LeWa rom, I just get an option to send Voice Record.. there's no option for music player in Audio Attachment..
Please anyone tell me how can I send audio files on whatsapp Lewa Os

Use a file manager( Astro, Solid explorer) and long press on mp3 and select the send option. should give you a WA option too in that..
Yup.. I found another workaround.. I installed the Android Music Player from play store..Nd now I'm getting the option for Music Player ..
