Yes, with "no lock" I can disable default lock screen, and WidgetLocker is ok!

I did the lagfix from the market but nothing shows over the pattern lock screen now. (Even with incoming calls and text popups) How should I fix it beside disabling the lock screen?

Edit: I've fixed it. Just reset the lock pattern.
Hi could you tell me if is possible to remove the default lock screen on the SGS2 as its really annoying.
I have installed an app that i like called LockBot but the problem is i also use lock Screen Widget, so when i click on Lock Screen Widget my screen locks but when i wake it the default lock screen comes up then Lockbot comes up LOL
It would be grat if i could completly remove the default lock screen and just use LockBot instead.

Same here, any idea?
Using an alternative Messaging application like Go SMS PRO and annoyed with the unread message count being displayed on the default lock screen? Then this is how you get rid of it.
Settings ---> Location & security.
And setup a pattern lock.

Yeah, LOL. I would rather have completely incorrect message count on a lock screen than those stupid dots.

Good for you
Removing message notification out of the lock screen
Go into setting
Click on privacy
Uncheck the preview message in the lock screen.
On the new update, when you turn off your screen there is a lock screen where you have to drag the lock symbol up or swipe your finger up this can be very annoying doing this every time the screen turns off. I have searched all over the settings in the phone and found nothing to disable except for te setting "Bypass lock screen on wake" but only works for disabling the lock screen when you setup other method like code pattern or face
Have you found a way to disable this "lock screen" and only have the "security screen"???
There's an app in the Play store called ”No Lock." Install it and just click the padlock .

disable it. restart. enable it. restart and it should work.
