Hello all , I will make this short , so i tried sending a text but my reception was not very good and it didnt go through. I check the notification tab and where the carrier (T-Mobile) is supposed to be i see AT&T , i tried resending the text but i kept saying i wasnt registered on the Network. This has happened twice today.
I had to reboot the phone and everything is working so far .
The phone is rooted and lagfixed.
Im fairly new to rooting so be patient with my noobness, thanks guys.

i recently bought my samsung galaxy s2 from ebay,,it was on o2 firmware but the phone was unlocked,i rooted the phone and installed a custom rom,,after a couple days use i changed the sim card and found that although i have 3g reception and can access internet,,i cant make or recieve calls my network has checked and theres no problem there,,and 02 said the phone is definately not locked,,but i cant call out or message and now i cant get the phone to accept the original sim which was working i hope this makes sense and someone can hopefully give me some advice Please

What does it say when you try to call someone?
the phone disconnects immediately with call ended message, when i try to call the phone it says this number is not accepting calls at this moment although virgin say there is nothing wrong,,i also contacted the original operator o2 who aslo say they dont see any problem with the handset,,i cant connect to any other networks at all now,,just get the cant connect to network message try later,,and the only network i do get is virgin the phone says im connected i can access internet through 3g but just cant make or recieve calls or messages,,ive tried flashing original firmware through odin but to no avail,,im gutted only had phone 2weeks and cant make callls,,and as i bought through ebay i have no warranty

Try to reflash your SGSII. Its fantastic phone but little tricky.
Why wouldn't you have a warranty? You got original receipts? You sure you flashed everything properly?
You might need to send it off for repair.
since it was bought on ebay i dont have receipts,,i have a feeling it may have been disconnected by the o2 network.....in the process of dealing with the seller (fingers crossed)
Hey guys =[ so i bought a used galaxy on ebay, the guy told me that it only work for sprint, and that's what i need, so the phone arrive today in the morning i went to sprint to deactivate mine which is evo 4g, and activate the samsung, but then when they activate it, like i could make calls but 5 mins later it disconnect itself from sprint, they tried to connect it like 3 times more but then the same problem, they told me to go to another store, and in that store they told me that possibly the phone was flashed before to another carrier and then they unroot it, so thats why it got disconnect from sprint after a lil while , so idk the phone right now it has the stock rom, on the home screen when it's lock it even says Sprint, so idk what to do, please guys help me, or How can i know if this phone was flashed before??? thank you and please help me
Hello guys I have a problem with meh galaxy s3. 4.1.2
I can't make any phone call or messages but my mobile internets work all good. It was on 3uk originally but I put the code in to unlock it a year ago working perfect since just yesterday.
I recently unrooted about 2.3 weeks ago and phone was working perfectly. Making phone call the lot
Now this has popped up. My imei is still there. I have never installed a custom rom or anything like that just autoroot and back to stock once.
Plz help I have done searches on here and google.

Usual suspects: factory reset, bad sim, network issue, corrupt rom. Check you have auto network selection.

I bought a used samsung S3 from the internet, like a dumby. I set the apn's and was able to get data working no prob. Can't call or text though. my research tells me the phone is probably stolen... so my question is.
I have my old broken S3 (still boots up just no screen) can i swap out the imei numbers to make it a functional phone? the guy obviously isn't getting back to me.

I just came to a big problem. Yesterday my and my girlfriends SGS neo i9301i phones stopped to connect to carrier network and began to say only emergency calls/not connected to network. I found similar posts but found something what could help but still dont know what should I do as my problem is kinda different.
My IMEI havent changed, I bought phone unlocked straight from carrier. I rooted and installed custom roms on my i9301i but not on her.
So right now neither I or she can use our phones as both have the same problem.
I tried to reinstall stock firmware on mine ( as i have changed it before) still no changes.
ANY suggestions? looking for a fast response as I really need to get my phone running....

I might be stating the obvious, but i would contact the carrier. It sounds like an account problem if both phones went offline at the same time.

But would be account problem, if I put other carriers sim card in and it shows the same? Phone reads sim card, but wont connect to the network. Or can my carrier somehow lock my phone from connecting to any carrier network?
