While I appreciate the effort you went through, it would be nice if most of these weren't simply squashed to 960x800 with no regard for the aspect ratio. A vast majority of these wallpapers are very badly distorted.
Which is a shame, since many of them are such beautiful images.
Think you could post up unaltered versions of the titusboy images (1-20 and UN_DULCE_SUENO)?

I downloaded all four files but they are all the same part1,2,3,4== 200 pics are they just configured differently or is there a error in the files (the way they got up loaded ?)

If you use 7zip and open the first part1.rar file, then extract the "androidwalls" folder, you'll get all 800 images.

why the welcome screens are 208x208 or 320x320 that made a square, when it would be rectangle.. when I put those welcome screen, it appear with a large black line in the bottom.. would I have to convert the images?

It must be a 320x320 file to work in portrait or landscape mode.
If you want a file only compatible portrait make a 240x320 image, and for landscape is 320x240

my fault: used a template from the forum and did not verify if its the right size... images above are fixed now...
and fitting bootscreen (patch with RUU- no guarantee )

how do you replace the welcomehead png,I keep getting no access as the file is in use.
I've tried a SR before replacing but no dice, and I cant get the properties of the old file up to change the management rights.

Noob question inc. I want to make a few wallpapers for the community, can you tell me what resolution I should build them in? I see the images here are 640x569, but the aspect ratio on that doesn't sound right...
Related question, I got the idea from another post somewhere else, that one wallpaper could span all 7 home screens if made 1080x960. Is this true? I will test it, but thought someone else might already know.
You are correct sir. 1080x960 is the size. Thanks for telling me it resized the thumbnails. I will make a zip file and attach it to the first post when back at my main PC which includes the original files.

2) Edit video in Windows Movie Maker
3) Convert video to jpeg using FreeStudio (every 50 frame)
4) Resize/crop/rotate photos using FastStone Photo Resizer
5) Make animation using Boot Animation Creator
6) Rip audio using FreeStudio
7) Preview bootanimation with Boot Animation Previewer
I got my video & audio files already
i get stuck at Faststone Photo what should i name the files ? & i should resize it to 540X960 ?
Then using Boot Animation Creator I don't know where there part0 & Part1 files are so i made those folders and i put all the Jpeg files there but i don't see it
What i'm asking can someone TEACH ME the steps from start to finish & don't worry about videos or audio i can get that myself , Just TEACH ME
P.s I'm willing to DONATE to you

--the exact name of the files don't matter, if you want in FastStone you can select all>right click>Tools>Batch rename>Rename and it will rename them all in numerical order; This is helpful if you removed some pics from the video rip that you did not want in the bootanimation.
i should resize it to 540X960 ?
--Yes, Resize them use photoscape
to do a batch edit, if they are too big it will make the final zip file large in size and laggy

This is the Manual way to do this step:
--Make a folder and name it part0>put all your bootanimation jpeg's in it
--Now you need to zip the part0 folder and the desc.txt file
--> You HAVE to zip with compression method "Store"
You can use the attached desc.txt file and just edit FPS the "8" in the file to fit your bootanimation.

no i'm stuck on fps i have energy rom not that it matters but i made 3 of them but i can't seem to sync them with the sound of the video

I sopose your right why close just fine tune it , good thinking dark that's why i'm still the noob lol anyways i'll get some time to work on this then i'll make a step by step guide so far i made 3 boots all worked ^_^ it was a pain in the @ss to get the timing just right but i got it Thanks again

thats how i roll lol dropbox makes is to easy lol something that has helped me when you frame the vid go every frame then just delete evens at it will shrink but still look pretty goo its what i had to do about size and leave the vid res alone change it with the boot animation creating program

unless you find some lovely images 1920x1080 that you can flip sideways, that doesn't always work xD

Thx for the site. My favorite is interfacelift dot com. They have 'android' selections, but it might be a while before they support the res we need.

I'm a themer over on Rootz, so as far as 'making' wallpapers, sure I can do that. But as for wallpapers, try finding 2560x1600 or greater wallpapers, so that way there isn't much stretching done vertically.
You should look at desktop wallpaper instead, which has at least 1080p resolution. You won't find many phone wallpapers with apps like Zedge that look good on this device.

Haha, well that's what I get for not reading your post fully.
My plan is to just turn some desktop wallpapers vertically. I like to make my own too, so yeah... 1080p is a nice size. I've already got folders full of images to use.

I wanted to share with you a Theme for TWRP based on my new image from deviant art called Impact.
I am giving a lot of credit to JWhetstone02 as I mainly started from his theme and slowly but surely replaced as many icons as I could and changed the layout of some items.
If I could get some feedback, I would love to continue making these for every new image I come out with.
Instructions:
Open the TWRP folder and create a new folder called "theme" without quotes
rename the downloaded Impact-ui.zip to "ui.zip" and copy it to the theme folder
Restart into TWRP 2.4.1.0 and go to "Advanced>Reload Theme"
Enjoy!

I have also found the easiest way for me to test this every time I made a change was make a new ui.zip in my root folder and execute
"adb push C:\root\ui.zip /data/media/TWRP/theme/ui.zip"

hi... this theme not working on explorer. device hangs after twrp logo. no icons appear...just the wallpaper appears.

These themes are resized for devices (HTC DNA) that have a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920
Your device, HTC Explorer only has a screen resolution of 320 x 480
This theme will not fit your device. hence why you only see the wallpaper, well probably part of it

ok... the theme however seems to be awsome. wish I could resize it for explorer but I don't have proper resources for that.
I am sorry that I don't have a theme formatted for your resolution, I'm sure I could cook something up for that resolution if more people were interested.
Theming this isnt hard but to get everything right requires going through that 4000 line xml document :S
I wish more people would tell me if this looks good on their DNA lol
