my vibrant not unlocked yet. but when i inserted AT&T sim, it didn't ask for the unlock code
when i inserted T-mobile sims, it doesn't find the network. and give error when trying to find network
Network Lock is OFF when enter *#7465625#

i was given a 8125 and was able to sim unlock the phone using the lokiwiz 3 found on this forum. i inserted my sim card and entered the unlock code and it appeared to unlock the sim. restarted and no screen to enter the unlock code.
my questions are can this phone work on the nextel network? i know that the direct connect might not work but could the phone portion?
I'm also looking at flashing to one of the wm6 roms found here. any suggestion..
im trying to sim unlock my G4 8125 but nothing is working ive tried 2 custom 6.5 roms and they both do the same thing i put in my tmobile sim card it never asks for the unlock code it just stays looking for signal yet if i take sim out it says no sim entered . how hell can i get it to pop up so i can enter unlock code?
Here is my problem:
I am trying to use GoPhone SIM with my Atrix. When I put GoPhone SIM in Atrix it says Invalid SIM card (it should be noted that phone works with normal AT&T SIMs).
Solution attempt #1: I went ahead and ordered unlock code for Atrix on ebay. Got the code.
Put GoPhone SIM inside , dialed #073887* entered the code and failed in unlocking.
Solution attempt#2: I asked AT&T for an unlock code, they gave it to me in two weeks. Entered it ,failure again.
Could it be that my phone is very special Atrix that can not be unlocked even by AT&T?

I also tried unlocking without SIM card, no luck. It says NETWORK UNLOCK REQUEST UNSUCCESSFUL

I have a strange problem with my phone. Hope someone will be able to help me.
I was not sure if my phone is unlocked when I came on holiday. Bought and put a different provider sim card and there was no signal. Also showed nothing to type unlocking code, so I thought that maybe something with a new sim card is wrong.
I bought a second card from another provider to be sure. On the screen appeared: enter sim network unlock code or something like that. ok so I have to unlock.
Now the strangest thing. when I put back my old sim card (o2), on the screen appeared again: enter sim network unlock code!
Since then I can not use the phone because it still asks for the unlock code.
I tried to change the soft but still do not have signal and no longer asks for the unlock code. anyone know how to force a window to enter the code?
I tried unlocking code from a cellunlocker but not working and and when i switched on my mobile is showing invalid SIM card.
someone has any ideas of what i can do with it?

I live in Jamaica and a friend brought me a Galaxy S3 i9300. the phone came with a SIM Card from "Simple Mobile"
Whenever i insert a local carrier's SIM inside the phone it asks for Unlock code... HOWEVER... if i insert an
AT&T or T-MOBILE or SPRINT or even THREE (Uk carrier) it doesnt ask for an unlock code.
Im guessing its not unlocked... but if its locked, which carrier is it locked to? and how do i go about finding out?
Sounds more like region lock than network lock.
