Hi guys! I'm an Italian x10i (2.1) user....so sorry for my bad english!
I think ive a big problem: a week ago (more or less), trying to upgrading my android 1.6 to the newest version, i accidentally erased the file "default.prop" (simply pushing Delete instead of Edit...) from the folder "/system"....so trying to adjust it i decide to flash the new version (using Flashtool) and now it works great! But today i discovered which that file isn't in that folder! I supposed i should create a new one...can some post it to me or help me in an other way?!

I am trying to change the layout of my virtual keyboard. Sadly, I was not clever enought to backup my rare original keyboard layout.
It would be great if some of you (having a german ROM or, better, the Swiss French keyboard layout) could upload me the msim.dll and the msim.96.dll located in \Windows\ directoy.
Thank you in advance; I realy do not want to flash to a german ROM just to get those files :s

i know that ppl asked my question a lot but the problem is non of the earlier ones answered my question the way i wanted.
i have galaxy ace with 2.3.3 the original rom... i need to update it to 2.3.4 with arabic support.
now my problem is i need a program to back up the whole files ( contacts.. sms .. apps ...etc)
now my problem is how do i do the backup thing then how to install it... and is there an arabic 2.3.4 rom

I (like an idiot) tried to update my Lumia 800 and 710 manually to 8170. The update went smoothly on both devices however many things dont work.. most importantly the "call" function. If i touch phone it crashes and get back to the screen it was on (home usually)
is there a way i could revert these phones to the stock rom?
Please help - i have a phone without a real dialer!

Did you install the language pack with the 8170 update? That's the usual cause of that problem.
this is the name of the cab file i flashed
diff-7.10.7740.16-7.10.8107.79-armv7-retail-microsoft.pks_c9b7f3bc5bb340ba30473b566b4557de0cf3322e
If you just used that, then no, you did not install the language pack. Do that and it'll work again
sorry a little new at WP& flashing so might ask noob questions.. but i used this file and flashed both my lumias - now the call function does not work - how do u suggest i revert / make this work? i re-flashed it again - but after the entire process my phone say "update unsuccessful"
To make it work again you need to install the language pack.
Pretty sure there is a stock .cab gloating about, either in the huge .cab thread or in the dev forum.
ah couldnt really find the stock rom, let me try installing a language pack.. be back with the result soon thanks bud!

Anyone knows how to create a script for android that when the device starts automatically starts a flash archive in full screen and without doing anything¿? I´m from a audiovisual business in Spain and we whant to use a mini android pc like a player.
