time ago I sent HTC Hero in support for a touch screen problem when I was made I have installed an official 2.1 rom.
Just retired, I tried to get into recovery mode, which of course is blocked, and the image appears on the screen of a phone with a triangle inside a red question mark. At this point I tried to start it all with flash and a recovery is not official, but nothing to do, I'm not doing anything. Would know someone help me?? I would like to install a Villain Rom 2.2.

tempo fa ho mandato il cellulare HTC Hero in assistenza per un problema di TouchScreen, quando mi è stato reso mi hanno installato una rom ufficiale 2.1.
Appena ritirato, ho cercato di entrare in recovery mode, che ovviamente è bloccata, e appare a schermo l'immagine di un telefono con un triangolo con dentro un punto interrogativo rosso. A questo punto ho provato ad avviare e a flashare il tutto con una recovery non ufficiale, ma nulla da fare, non mi fa fare nulla. Qualcuno saprebbe aiutarmi???? Vorrei installare una Rom Villain 2.2.

ciao sono disperato , stavo istallando la room ,e' non ha completato l'istallazione x motivo mancanza energia e letrica .
ora funziona a meta e non a caricato nessun programma , non viene riconoscuto dal pc, e' non riesco a ridare la flasc .
cosa posso fare x salvarlo , non trovo nessun centro di assistenza aiutatemi

Se è così riflasha da sd (le istruzioni sono nella wiki), altrimenti rtova punto di assistenza in zona, con una ricerca su google dovresti trovarlo...
Se sei in italia c'è danguaard a reggio emilia, altrimenti non so...

tranquillo è il software che è cosi, nn si possono togliere , ti dice il voltaggio della sim e qualcosaltro, pero nn è un problema di installazione
ciao.per me non sarebbe un problema.il dubbio è sulla garanzia.prima per toglere le scritte facevo un hardreset e tornava diciamo normale.pero adesso non vanno piu via.comunque la garanzia rimane valida?e gli aggiornamenti per questo modello leggevo da qualche parte che sarebbero stati disponibili a fine febbraio,sai qualcosa?
per quello effettivamente nn lo so, dovremmo conservarci un firmware originale. io nel mio ho messo il wm6 e nn mi da problemi, gli aggiornamenti mi sa che si riferiscono cmq al wm5.

Ciao a tutti ragazzi e grazie sempre per il Vostro importante contributo... Sommessamente Vi chiedo aiuto poichè mi è successa una cosa davvero strana!! Ho avuto diversi telefoni htc e varie volte ho usato rom cucinate con grandissimo apprezzamento e ottimi risultati...proprio oggi di punto in bianco mentre usavo una versione di android il mio caro hd2 ha deciso di bloccarsi sulla schermata di blocco! Pensando che fosse la versione di android che se pur molto stabile ha di certo sempre qualche bug, levo la batteria e provo a lanciare windows con chucky rom che ha sempre funzionato egregiamente. e come migliaia di volte tutto perfetto fino a quando il cell non va in stand by e si spegne lo schermo! Appena riaccendo consueta schermata di sblocco ma il touch sembra non rispondere del tutto!!! Provato a togliere scheda di memoria, provato hard reset, provata rom originale, provato task 29, provata altra rom, il problema persiste!!! Non riesco proprio a spigarmi il motivo che sembrerebbe assolutamente software in quanto fino a quando non spengo il display il touch funziona senza problemi!!! Prima di forzatamente mandarlo in assistenza, qualcuno di Voi ha qualche IDEA??? ( Sono disperato!!

I've had several HTC phones and several times I used rom cooked with great appreciation and great results ... right now all of a sudden while I was using a version of Android is my dear hd2 decided to hang on the lock screen! Thinking that was the version of Android that although very stable has certainly always a few bugs, I raise the battery and try to launch windows with chucky rom that has always worked very well. and how perfect everything thousands of times until the cell does not go on standby and off the screen! Just riaccendo normal unlock screen but the touch seems to not respond at all! Tried to remove the memory card, tried hard reset, tried original ROM, tried task 29, tried other rom, the problem persists! I just can not spike the ground that would seem absolutely pure software until I turn off the touch screen works flawlessly! Before forcibly send him assistance, some of you have any ideas?? My name is Max , I'm 40 years old and disabled .
Using a mobile phone Alcatel OT 985 for so many things , one of them is for an emergency, if I could have one illness away from home and call for help .
In Italy the phone OT 985 is sold full of crap (applications) preloaded that occupy a lot of memory and does not allow you to use the phone in the normal way.
I then tried to make the root, and I was successful, but then I have not been able to run Google Play, then looking at all the forums I have tried reinstalling the firmware with the various explanations that I found .
Unfortunately when I was loaded with SP TOOLS FLASH a new version of CWM the electricity was cut off , then the phone has been disabled like me.
Now no longer lights .
I tried to reinstall the firmware again with SP TOOLS FLASH and when it finally came on the boot image of Android was completely distorted.
Using the commands Power + Volume Down + Home also the menu of CWM is distorted and do not even work the controls of the phone.
I did not at the time the ability to take your phone in for service. I tried , inter alia, to upgrade the utility Alcatel but it seems there are no available updates.
Therefore, I ask the courtesy to want to give me a hand to solve this problem.

Mi chiamo max, ho 40 anni e sono disabile.
Uso il telefonino un Alcatel OT 985 per tante cose, una tra queste è per emergenza, nel caso potessi avere un malore lontano da casa e chiamare soccorso.
In Italia il telefono OT 985 viene venduto pieno di schifezze (applicazioni) precaricate che occupano un sacco di memoria e non permettono di utilizzare il telefonino in modo normale.
Ho provato quindi ad effettuare il root e ci ero riuscito, poi però non sono stato in grado di fare funzionare Google Play, allora cercando in tutti i forum ho provato a reinstallare il firmware con le varie spiegazioni che ho trovato.
Purtroppo quando stavo caricando con SP FLASH TOOLS una nuova versione di CWM l'energia elettrica si è interrotta e quindi il telefono è rimasto disabile come me.
Ora non si accende più.
Ho provato a installare nuovamente il firmware sempre con SP FLASH TOOLS e quando finalmente si è acceso l'immagine del boot di android era completamente distorta.
Utilizzando i comandi Power + Vol Down + Home anche il menù del CWM è distorta e non funzionano nemmeno i comandi del telefono.
Non ho al momento la possibilità di portare il telefono in assistenza. Ho provato tra l'altro ad effettuare l'aggiornamento con l'utility Alcatel ma sembra non ci siano aggiornamenti disponibili.
Vi chiedo quindi la cortesia di volermi dare una mano a risolvere questo problema.
Ve ne sarei molto grato.

hello guys good evening to all, i'm italian, just took me too, show, I have a problem I wanted to format the phone after the update, enter recovery mode but I get a message with the red exclamation mark with written software install fail why? and it only makes me reboot happens to you too .. thank you very much
