i cant receive MMS but can send and forward them just fine. how do i fix this? any help please

I have some small problem I've flashed my SDA2, and there is missing SMS messages in menu. I can crate and receive only MMS messages. Who can help me please ???
Has anyone experience sms issue when trying to text you receive a unable to delivery message, but can send out a couple more text and it work. it just randomly wont send text?

I know i have correct APN's (double checked them), and i think this happens because messaging app is not even opening a connection to send an mms... (sms works with no problem)

Hey internet, im wondering if someone could help me! I have a Rogers i727r which absolutely will not send texts. I can receive them, I can even make calls and have a data signal, but cannot reply or send any texts. I've tried on stock, and i've tried with a few 4.4.4 cm11 roms. Can anyone help?
My phone stopped working last night and I don't understand what happened. I can still receive sms and make calls but I cannot send sms and do not know how to fix it. Someone please help
